DMV and Aries killed it so its kind of funny he's pointing this out. Damn americans
How did they kill it? That is sad actually.
DMV basically made a mockery of everything when Rylde won the Dictatorship war since he was Speaker and quite butthurt. Forum use became impossible so it stopped being used. And now we are here
Rylde through a hissy fit because DMV won the speaker vote and over through democracy. 😛
At dictatorship congress is pointless.
Really sad, forum was a nice way to discussion and fun...
Far as I can tell people just got tired of using it. No one even elected a speaker last term.

Not sad. I'll never understand the reluctance to communicate more in game.
