To start off, wanna explain for the reason of the use of my personal paper for the DOD Orders. The current password for the defense org doesnt work. Admin is in the process of re-setting it. Once that is taken care of the orders will be issued from the defense org.

still unsure of where this butt hurt is coming from, I am quite happy with everything.
