This morning witnessed the epic fighting of eUK citizens and our ONE allies. Sadly we lost the very last battle of the very last round which saw Terra take victory...yes Terra.
Three of the top five fighters damage wise for the eUK were British citizens, with not one French citizen amongst their top five. Congratulations to Terra, it was a well organised campaign and credit where credit is due. I do believe your damage has been misplaced in an ''ally'' who would sell you down the river quicker than you can say ''cheese eating surrender monkey''...ask the Netherlands on France and her honour.
But anyway, we dust ourselves down and fight on because we have no other option, this is our homeland we are fighting for, this is the side of morals and honour we are fighting on and perhaps ONE and the UK needs to now look at ourselves and perhaps look at changing tactics.
We know Terra countries have NAP's and land swaps with countries as we did with Ireland and our land swap, perhaps it is time we considered tanking those regions without the NAP country involved being included into the campaign?
No i know, that is beneath ONE, still nice dream though.
The eUK lost the war in the East Midlands also due to splitting our damage with the West Midlands. As Battle Hero medal after Battle Hero medal flashed up on my shout box i couldn't help feel that damage could have been placed better. That is no slur, attack or accusation...just a humble thought.
And so we look to our much loved ally Poland. Hopefully we can convince the Polish to mop up the two remaining French regions and help us finish the French off, afterall France refused a NAP with us and the Poles so perhaps it is now time to show them the consequences of their actions?
Today is election day, and it is clearly looking like Mr Keers will be our new CP, i wish him well and hope the people rally behind him and co-ordinate better in important battles.
We are a small Island yet showed the French how to fight tonight, be proud of that. Our time will come.

ONE were no help and Poland a particularly useless allies. ONE is just poland support alliance.

Out of the french 84 points 60 of them was won in DIV4 alone. Basically france won nearly every day time DIV4 round despite many of there alliance being asleep and it going on throughout our alliance Time zone.
Yes i think we got ONE support in DIV 2 and DIV 3 but the big hitters today seems to stay home apart from 1 round inwhich 25mil was hit in DIV4 by one polish player but he was alone and still lost the round.
The UK will brush off the defeat and try again tomorrow
France fought a lot yesterday but of course we're nothing without ours friends. After 15:00 ERT Terra is really strong...
It was a great battle and we've won against bugs and ONE, the big alliance. Poland is a very good ally but UK dont deserve them.

You are probably right about us not deserving them, but you can hardly say France deserve good allies either? You've moaned and back stabbed your way through many a friend.

France isn't a great ally (like most countries who fight for themselves) but didn't backstab his friends. Its never happened.
On the contrary, we're betrayed by UK when brits had left TERRA to join ONE, our ennemies since its emergence.

Kicker78 is very biased. eUK left Terra indeed, because we were not supported in our fights with eIreland (EDEN) that was helped by our ally eUSA. With eFrance we had the Strassbourgh Treaty. We would help eachother and would not fight against each other. After leaving TERRA we helped eFrance, but later eFrance attacked us. End of treaty. We called that backstabbing.

Gotta love the British, French are backstabbers because they didn't betrayed Netherland but let's insinuate they did and attacked them.
French have a treachering reputation within Teden ? Don't know how, except for the Brazil/Spain NAP when we asked to put an end to it (but Spain is in ONE duh), otherwise we don't backstab Teden countries or support injustified RW.
Though UK just quited and began fighting for ONE.
We don't have a D4! Or at least our D4 can't compete.
Not a French in the Top 5 ? But of course AlexMCS182 for instance is an USA citizen.
But I'll give you that, your fights yesterday were impressive.
In DIV 3 every time I see N W G appearing somewhere I learned to watch the wall carefully, but the last battle while all the other DIV where done and we where 81/81... And Pathogen 19M... Liked it, so thanks anyway guys you are good ennemies.

@WayneKerr: its not a question of UK Tanks being unable to compete with French Tanks, (although they probably couldn't, though the difference wouldn't be massive), what happened yesterday was the UK getting tanked off the park by TERRA -- not just France. After the US took the Mexican region yesterday, the priority was fight for France. At that point it was game over for the UK. That's how EDEN/TERRA roll: they fight for their allies. UK used to be TERRA, not they're ONE -- that's why they lose.
Having said the above, I don't wanna take anything away from the stiff resistance UK put up yesterday, especially in the lower Divisions -- everyone this side knows it was a close run thing, hat's off. o7

Strassbourg was only a NAP. But allies dont sign NAP.
I and many others have helped eFrance a lot after we left Terra. We stopped doing that after eFrance attacked us. You must know that eSpain and ePoland helped us a lot. eUSA did not help us (and they were our ally) but threathened us. That made us switch sides. As you know eBrazil, ePoland, eSpian and eUSA will ally now. eUK will be too in it. I hope it will work out for us. For eFrance itr will become hard times. I do think that is because eFrance diplomatic stance.
