Join the new world

It has been a week since my last report (edition5) as Chairman of Congress.
I am pleased to announce to you that we have a full congress again(election results) and i can already tell you that i have been re-elcted to serve you once more as CoC.

Here is a list of matters that have been discussed on the forum and shouted in articles comments:
◎ MPP UK : There where a few more comments added after the MPP was already long over/done.

◎ CP impeachement / Move of ressources : A discussion about 2 separate in-game proposals. More details about these matters can be found in the next part of this article(about in-game laws).

◎ Tournament : It describes the start of a tournament between MU's and organised by the government(more about the tournament itself in here). It did not receive a warm welcome as from the beginning accusations about possible abuse where pointed everywhere. In the end, after debates on both forum and in-game pm and a CP impeachment, the tournament was cancelled.

◎ New Chairmen of Congress(Nov.-Dec.2014) : As it is done every new congress term, a new CoC was to be elected. I put my name up and waited, no other candidates showed up. After a vote(with 100% yes) i was re-elected and i am to keep my job going as before.


I will also tell you about the law in-game:
✖ [REJECTED]President Impeachment : As explained in the tournament topic above, a CP impeachment was launced after there was strong believe from a fair part of our congress that this tournament was fixed and other possible abuse. The proposal failed with 14 Yes - 11 No(minimum 66% needed to pass). this clearly shows the CP would not have enough support to take it further and he also wished to keep the peace, therefore he cancelled the tournament.

✔ [APPROVED]Issue Money : This matter was started because this was planned long ago. It converts ± 5000 gold into 999999 BEF. This gold was aquired during the last official in-game tournament(Epic Warfare). Details of what was planned for this money can be found in the forum(see the topic in the previous part). The proposal was approved with 13 Yes - 11 No.

✔ [APPROVED]Donate : This proposal was part of the distribution of the "Epic Warfare" tournament fundings. The proposal was approved with 23 Yes - 1 No.

✏ [PENDING]Donate : This proposal was also part of the distribution of the "Epic Warfare" tournament fundings. it takes several steps because of the large amounts. This proposal seems to be heading for an approval as well.


There are also mass-pm's within the game that are used for all CM's to talk with each other. I will not reveal any of it's content for safety and security. But i can tell you that almost all of the conversations go in line with the topics/articles/proposals that you can read in this article.
