For many years you enjoyed full bonus and never gave any of your allies CS. You used to give a few people CS a looong time ago but you made people do backflips, jump through hoops and pass several blood tests... and then they had to pay 17,000CC.. Do you remember this? I do.
Now, we live in a better eWorld, an eWorld without China! Many Chinese are considering taking CS in other countries so I would like to go over the CS application rules for you.
RULES FOR CHINESE PEOPLE ASKING FOR FOREIGN CS
- Golden Rule No.1 - Don't Bribe
- Golden Rule No.2 - Proper Time Planning
- Golden Rule No.3 - Choose Correct Channel
- You must have your CP send a message begging for CS for you. The message must be in Formal Style with their Name & Occupation.
- You must fill the application form and pass through 3 IRC interviews.
- Applicants whose native language is Chinese can only request CS through the "Congress Channel"
- Candidates can either submit an expression of interest (EOI) to the Immigration Office.
- When the Channel is confirmed to be opened by Congress, candidates have to submitted an application form through before they submit an in-game request, otherwise they will be deemed as invalid.
- Candidates have to be endorsed by President, Foreign Minister, or well known players of their current country, as well as native non-Chinese players guarantors.
- A background check will be undertaken, including but not limited to reference letters from guarantors, current citizenship, battle record, friend lists, and their newspaper, to decide whether their applications should be taken to the next stage
- Candidates' requests will then be submitted to Congress for further review if their interview performance is deemed satisfactory. Follow up questions raised by Congressmen have to be answered before putting forward to resolution.
- Applications will not be processed on or after 22nd of each month. Application will normally be proceeded within 10 - 15 days, varies widely from case to case, and be informed by the end of the month. Multiple applications within any 30-day period will be ignored and blacklisted.
The ABOVE are based on only SOME of the rules China imposed on people asking for CS. And just to clarify, in case you do manage somehow to comply with ALL OF THE ABOVE, you will NOT BE GIVEN CS. Of course you will be denied ONLY AFTER you send the 17,000CC to the national bank of the country you request CS from.

I'm not joking! Atra supported my application, but some bureaucrat told me I still had to go on Skype for an interview with him before I could get CS.

He did enough to vouch for me for citizenship (hence the interview, no vouching no interview).

Not giving citizenships to allies was China's biggest mistake.
I don't thinks so. FYI, almost one third of active CS player was immigrants from our allies ( about 300 at that time), half of them was from eCroatia, not including bots. That's why eC goverment almost stoped to accept immigrants but a few cases. Before that, we gave allies headcounts every month, about 25 per month in my mind.
Any way, we may lost our land, it's not the first time. But we can still have our ecountry, not be PTO. In Chinese, there is an old saying: 'Let's walk and see'.

Except for Atracurium, you guys were impossible to reach. End of story.
Look for example Chile. They have a bunch of strong players from other countries fighting for TP, and they are most likely never to return to their native countries. You could surely use these.
CS dmg: http://prntscr.com/5vefa6 vs MU dmg http://prntscr.com/5ve77u . A lot of eChileans aren't RL Chileans. You could have taken in many strong players as your TP fighters.
And one more mistake is not using IRC or other means of communication. Pretty much only Atra and Kristine use(d) IRC.
@Bogohuja: Yes, eC had the chance to let lots more strong players. It depends on you want a strong but PTOed eC, or a weak but not PTOed eC. I am not sure, but I guess most Chinese like the second. So it's hard to say it's a mistake. I guess there are only less than 400 active Chinese players now. Compare to 300 or more Immigrants, you can see what will happen.
About IRC, most Chinese used to use QQ, another IM software, which is much better than IRC. And english is not good enough is another issue. I call it a disadvantage, not a mistake.

offside I gave damage for china several times at the time of eden, and even with the help of a friend the Sg of eden and others in my country goverment at the time the china always refused the CS too much bureaucracy and disrespect for friends and allies.
China were always a son of a bitch with allies now that China needs help from me and many others will not receive any.

and yet there were enough players with eCN cs. croatia, romania, greece and so on had their fair share of cs. i bet that it was easy for nenya or another old fag to ask for cs. it was a counter measure because there were few real life players.
