The definition of blocker would be
"Blocker - A blocker is a citizen who is running in a region for congress with no plans on winning. They run to prevent an enemy from running."

i think it clearly says i'm blocking and you should vote for a verified candidate. if i'm a blocker clearly i'm not a verified candidate.
