Domestic Manifesto
Hello again,
In follow up to my Military Manifesto which can be found here:

Home Affairs (MoHA):
So to break it down I plan to do a few things for this department under my tenure, these are the following:
Congress News:
I know several individuals publish articles about the goings on and what has recently been voted within congress. However we elect a Speaker. I will make it his job to release an article weekly detailing what's been happening and the results of them votes.
The New Player Guides:
Kravenn's guide continues to remain at the top. But I want to see more guides popping up. For example ALOT of players are now deciding.. I want a fresh start, a new account, out with the old and in with the new. For these guys we need guides on:
- Why stay low level
- Why train before you gain
- How to be effective lower division fighter (eg. winning 100’s of BH medals)
Bigger IRC Push:
IRC has been massive for our community and always will be. Not more recently than when Chewie stole money and did a runner. A new government was setup and almost all our Military communication took place on the IRC.
We should be pushing this feature more, getting new players in the swing and using the IRC.
Finances:
We have just lost 6000 Gold, it hurts and so for the start of the year we must now make some cutback to bring up our reserves of cash in the coffers. I will be cutting a few small MPP’s that really are not worth the money we are paying.
Printing Money
Believe or not we have the option to print money. That means we can inject cash via the MM to make some profit. Profit that will continue to stack up our dwindling coffers. It will also fund some of my already mention projects in extending the Training Ground Loan schemes.
At the moment we have the option to print some 600,000 currency. It would rely on a vote from congress too. If Gold Prices remain below 200cc Per Gold, we actually have the opportunity to make some extra profit for the UK.
All the orgs passwords will be changed weekly. A public Gdoc will remain visible for all the population to see at any time.
NHS
I was one of the original supporters of NHS, having run it for 6months with Sir Apple. The recent theft has affect their org and supplies as well and I will continue to support this essential supply of food for our younger players.
As one of my competitors has already stated “The NHS is a privately run initiative. The government does not fund it and should not act as though it owns it. “
Correct but I think in these times the Government should and will help the NHS stockpile again.
To help get the NHS back on its feet I will commit 3% of the UK’s monthly revenue to help bolster the supplies these guys have. We average about 150k/200k a month income. So a 4.5k/6k CC boost im sure will help everyone.
Summary
Im not going to promise you the world. The things we need to do we already know are poor.
We need to be faster at releasing informative articles when new competitions appear. For example it was 3 days before some of our elite shared the fact the competition was effectively Free Tanking :l
Share the wealth I say.
This ideas are simple and easy to in act for the UK. But small steps are required before we make bigger strides.

I don't really think you're understanding the time consuming waste of changing passwords weekly, there's a lot of orgs and you won't even use most of them, to change their passwords would be useless. By all means, change if you have reason to worry because of a large amount on an org, but the rest of the time it's just going to be a hassle to protect nothing
True but I don't think it's that hard and time consuming though... It shouldn't take more than 15'. And they can be stored in a spreadsheet with limited access.
No, it is time consuming. I'm telling you this as someone who has done it before, several times, everyone who has had to change the passwords on orgs knows it takes a stupid amount of time and like I said, most of them have a few pennies on them at most

- The CP has no authority to dictate the role of the speaker
And the Speaker has no authority whatsoever. It's all madness I tells ya!
He can just maker a new position which does it, old speaker can do what he likes.

Few questions:

But if Kravenn's guides are accurate, then why do you necessarily need a bunch of new guides to pop up?
2. Amount in Treasury v NHS
On the basis that the country is kinda penniless at the moment, isn't committing tax money to a private inititive wrong? Is it not better for the NHS to advertise more in order to get more donations? Have you spoken to those running the NHS to determine any shortage of resources from a demand v supply basis?
Still no figures regarding you training ground loans, how much and how long do you calculate it will take to pay back, if I get bored and want to leave I don't want to have to keep playing for months just to pay off a loan.
