5 YEARS

For five years this paper has existed. Five entire years. In that five years, many Armenians in eRepublik have band together, worked together, helped each other, and even started a forum outside of eRepublik to coordinate the Armenians on eRepublik together. For those five years, I have founded this paper, Armo-Fund, GACC(Global Armenian Community Central), and Hye Deghegadou Thaisdani newspaper. For those five years other Armenians have used their money, businesses, political circles and positions, and newspapers, not to mention their own valuable time, as well as an independent forum outside of the game mechanisms . For five years, forums(which function, which was great, seemed to have been removed by the admins) have been constantly addressing this issue.


GLOBAL WORLD

For five years countless people and nations have supported us. Politicians, political parties, and entire countries and nations from eRussia to eAmerica, eSerbia to eGreece, eIran and many others, have gave an ever aiding political hand to us Armenians on eRepublik.



WHERE IS eARMENIA

So where is eArmenia? Currently speaking, there are two Armenian governments in the world. The first the Republic of Armenia, which is recognized by the UN. Second the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic that is recognized by America, France, and Russia. So why are they missing on the map? All these Armenians playing eRepublik, and no eArmenia?



ADMINASTRATION

According to the admins, they use a system where they base a number of hits on the internet from certain countries to create a country. From what I know after these five years, and from every other Armenian I have talked to, the admins have not given out details about how they exactly do this. A detailed policy would be very helpful. Furthermore, the admins have never told us what amount of active eRepublik users of Armenian ethnicity we would need to have an eArmenia created. The Admins have been in general extremely apathetic towards our cause, despite the huge support we have from many ecountries, eparties, and many nationalities of people that are in the eRepublik.



HISTORY

Armenia has been occupied for a very long time. The Kingdom of Giligia/Kilikia fell some 700 years ago, and other parts of Armenia feel before that. At the end of the ottoman empire, turks, caucasian turks(azerbaijanis), and kurds started to exterminate the Armenian population, and attempt to destroy thousands of years of indigenous high culture Armenian civilization from Asia Minor and the Caucasus. In their path they also attacked other Christian minorities like Greeks and Assyrians. From this history, Armenians were scattered throughout the world. Where we were in large numbers we formed our own districts within regions and cities, where in small number, we formed our own communities. We to this day live generation after generation as refugees, preserving our culture and refusing to assimilate, living in foreign nations all over the world.



IT IS FOR THIS REASON

That Armenia doesn't get high hits. Most of our population lives outside of Armenia. Many hits you get from countries like America, France, Russia, Lebanon, and Iran could easily be from Armenians. This has been explained many times to the admins, and many times it has fell on deaf ears( or perhaps uncaring ears...). If the admins could create an eArmenia, or at the very least give us an official quota of active ethnic Armenians that must be active or registered users to create an eArmenia, that would be great. For five years we have asked you this admins. Most Armenians do not get to live in our beloved homeland. In fact for many of us, the burnt cities and villages of our grandfathers, and great-grandfathers lie in other countries, especially those of turkey and azerbaijan. Is it too much to ask, to just let us have our Armenia in eRepublik? Five years, and no real response admins?
