ACUERDO FILIPINAS - COLOMBIA
ARRIENDO REGIONES

Los gobiernos de Filipinas y Colombia representados por Filipinas SdKA primer ministro, BaZ Glow In the Dark MoFa, MigthandMagic y por Colombia por Azuquitar dictador, Maykol 16 Primer Ministro, AngelroaXd Mod.

Acuerdan lo siguiente:

El arriendo de la regiones Palawan, Mindanao y Visayas, bajo los siguientes términos.

1. Colombia pagará a Filipinas 5.000 cc por cada región, para un total de 15,000 cc mensuales.

2. El acuerdo de arriendo será inicialmente por 2 meses, al término de los cuales las podrán negociar renovación y condiciones.

3. El pago del primer mes se realizará por adelantado el día 27 de Agosto de 2015 (una vez esté instalado el nuevo congreso) y el pago del siguiente mes se realizará mes vencido, es decir, el día 22 de Octubre de 2015.

4. El pago se realizará a las arcas del estado, con prueba antes y después de efectuado el mismo.

5. Filipinas se compromete a no abrir RW en estas regiones, de abrirse Filipinas no luchará por su liberación, en su defecto luchará por Colombia contra la insurgencia y sacará entre sus prioridades de batalla un articulo del Ministerio de Defensa indicando que se peleé por Colombia.

6. De Filipinas no cumplir el acuerdo, se considerará nulo el acuerdo y todas las condiciones planteadas, teniendo Colombia total libertad de ataque hacia Filipinas.

7. si Colombia no cumple el acuerdo, se considerará nulo el acuerdo y Filipinas procederá a retomar sus regiones.

8. Adicional a esto mensualmente durante la época de elecciones, el gobierno de eCol se compromete a liberar la región de Luzon para q tengan congreso, si filipinas necesitara alguna más, se hablaría con los gobs de turnos para ver la posibilidad de alguna región más.

9. Si el Gobierno de Filipinas llegase a incumplir con los términos aquí pactados, el gobierno de Filipinas deberá cancelar la suma de 30.000 cc a Colombia por daños y perjuicios causados

10. Este acuerdo tendrá validez desde la publicación en los boletines de Relaciones Exteriores.

AGREEMENT PHILIPPINES - COLOMBIA
RENTAL REGIONS

The governments of Philippines and Colombia represented by SdKA Philippines Prime Minister, BaZ Glow In the Dark MoFA, MigthandMagic as Philippine representatives and Colombia by Azuquitar dictator; Maykol 16 Prime Minister, Angell Roa xF MoD.

Agree (terms):

Rent of Regions: Palawan, Mindanado and Visayas under following terms:

1. Colombia will pay to Philippines 5.000 CC for each region, the rent for all regions are 15.000cc per month

2. the rent agreement will be initially for 2 months, Colombia or Philippines, could renew and renegotiate the terms of this agreement

3. the first pay will be a prepayment on August 27 of 2015 ( when the new congress being elected) and the next payment shall be paid monthly over due on october 27 of 2015

4. the payment will be sent it to the accounts of state. with a photo before and after of the payment

5.Philippines couldn’t open RW in these regions, in the case of one RW being opened, Philippines wouldn’t fight against Colombia, therefore in case of RW the government of Colombia could fight in this region(s) and could make an article, it will be published in mod’s newsletter as battle order

6. If the government of Philippines violates the present agreement, the terms of this contract will be canceled and Colombia could be fight against Philippines

7. if the government of Colombia violates the present agreement, Philippines could retake the regions

8. at the election congress time , the government of Colombia should return Luzon to Philippines, when the congress election over , Philippines should return Luzon to Colombia. in the case of the government of philippines needs other region it will be negotiable but not means that will be an obligation and/or possible

9. if the government of philippines violates the present agreement, Philippines must to pay 30.000 cc to Colombia for retribution and damage

10. This agreement is effective from the publication in the bulletins of Foreign Affairs.
