There is so much criticism of admin, and I'm not saying that it is uncalled for, but I think, just once in a while, somebody should say if they find one that can function as a decent person. So here it goes!

Wow, an non automated response...pretty impressive \o/
To be honest, I don't get what all the fuss is about with admins, yeah the game needs improving but I have found the support is very good. On all occasions that I have submitted tickets, they replied in no more than a day's time; usually I get a reply within a few hours, they are always helpful and best of all they have a sense of humour; I have had a good laugh with a few of them.
Support is non-existent for those of us who can't access it!
if you got a white page and cant see the support, pop by irc and talk to the mods, as we can help you about this problem 🙂
The support for question is good. But if you have problem with hack/steal gold/organization ... Then they are slowly to answer. And most of the time, they screw you more than they help you.
Concerning this article, ofc they makes mistake, they are not slave either BUT it works for the other side too, we are not only good when we give them money 🙂
