WHITE HOUSE PRESS REPORT - Day 1934 - Vanek is President
James S. Brady Press Room
My Fellow eAmericans,
Yesterday we celebrated yet another victory for our great country. On March 6th, Vanek26 won the popular vote and was elected to the Office of President of these eUnited States of America, crushing his opposition political-take-over AFA candidate, Stef40 by a whopping margin of 1421-737 (62.32
😵.
We know that many of you are concerned over some recent developments, and it's true that the President has been sworn in during a time of considerable upset for both the eWorld and our eNation.
With the recent attack on Russia by Poland the commitment and independence of our alliance will be tested, but we will stand with Russian allies and we will prevail.
With the recent departure of SEAL Team 6 from the USAF our ability to reconcile and work through the split will be tested, but we will emerge stronger than before.
But.
But...
Of all eAmericans there is no more capable and qualified individual than Vanek26 to lead us through these times.
I would not suppose to consider myself his friend, but I have worked with Vanek for close to two years now and rarely does one meet a player of his dedication, focus, responsibility, and loyalty.
Already, he has acted boldly by extending a hand to ST6 and asking them to continue participating in the National Security Council.
Additionally, to better attend to the needs of the Armed Forces, Secretary of Defense Cromstar will begin a Survey of the USAF to take their pulse on issues critical to the nation. Expect to see more from this office on the survey tomorrow, after it's released to the public.
We're only one day into the month and yet already we've seen focus and determination out of our new leader.
Without further ado, here is the list of major cabinet members for the upcoming month:
Vice President: John Largo
Chief of Staff (Prime Minister): Israel Stevens
Secretary of Defense: Cromstar
Secretary of State (MoFA): dermont
National Security Council Chairperson (MoD): Ilphen & Ralph Ericson
Secretary of the Media: Oblige
Secretary of the Interior: rainy sunday
Secretary of Education: Mazzy Cat
You may find a complete cabinet listing here: https://eusaforums.com/forum/index.php/topic,24999.0.html
Congratulations to Vanek26, and good luck to all of the cabinet. Here's to a great month.

Thank you for reminding us all of your low IQ when you can't even sepll your typical insult correctly o/ I see mommy let you back on the internet.
Best WHPR we've had in ages
Donkey Kong thank James Brady for bringing presentation to intellectual level of Donkey Kong.
Which is higher than most people.
*hint* ajay.

I've been wondering for few weeks now whether you are Thomas Vanek fan or is it jut big coincidence that the number on Vanek's Sabres jersey also happens to be 26 ? : P
He loves Vanek. Like
gay love.
Now I understand why RGR is right. You guys can't be congratulated and not insult. I wrote a simple message to congratulate to my opponent for his win, and he says get the f/ck out of my face.
low and stupid to say the least
Vanek would have shown you more respect if you were a legitimate candidate. PTO candidates on the other hand, deserve ZERO respect, and therefore get none
If I could rephrase Mr. Swagg's comment...
Seek election by legitimate means. We do not respect those that usurp power by force. Simply for you to say "We are here, you must let us do as we like." is unacceptable. I do not come to your house, let myself in, fix a sandwich and get a beer then sit on your couch and run up a pay-per-view bill.

"What does "legitimate" mean?"
Allow me to use another term, preexisting. Who was here first? It is a simple matter. Who is the legitimate or preexisting owner of the house, food, beer, couch and TV? I would posit that the person who actually built (or had built) the house, bought the food & beer at grocery and had the delivery of couch & TV put on his credit card, not the person who simply shows up and takes over.
It is an easy concept to understand. I love the argument of those who say that there is no universal truth. That what is true for one may not be true for another. If this were so then send all your money and women to me because for me it is truth that you do not need them and I do. 😃😃
The rest of your argument is invalid. Amoebas where here first. All other life forms must depart into outer space if it were valid.
To your last point, why do you cry Democracy! I tell you why, AFA PTO by superior numbers is indeed Democracy. I thank my God that the real US in not a Democracy. Democracy is majority rule, another term for mob rule. Basically a fancy form of Anarchy. The United States is in fact a Constitutional Republic.
tl:dr
Bite me, we were here first.

Congrats President Vanek!
tl;dr.
...hopefully Vanek sends a public update on his plans for us this month soon
Congratz Vanek 🙂
RAWR!
This was entirely written by Oblige.
Isn't he eloquent?
Congratz Vanek!
Look forward to seeing what your administration can do.
ST6 will defend Mother Russia, and you should too! RAWR!
I find referring to our country as "these" United States somewhat disrespectful. It implies some level of division between us. The USA should be addressed as strictly, 'the' United States as we are just that - united.
Just a little pet peeve, lol.
"The phrase "United States" was originally treated as plural, a description of a collection of independent states—e.g., "the United States are"—including in the Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, ratified in 1865. It became common to treat it as singular, a single unit—e.g., "the United States is"—after the end of the Civil War. The singular form is now standard; the plural form is retained in the idiom 'these United States'."
~from Wikipedia's page on the United States
Yes, I'm well aware of that, however at present it is commonly referred to as THE United States as we are a singular nation.
I'd like to note we don't live pre-Civil War.
I'd like to note that while the plural usage died out, the idiom "These United States" has remained well used and correct without any divisive connotations 😉

Most of the cabinet is great. None better than Largo, I've know him forever. But who is this Oblige character? I would can his ass if I were you. I think he is SPAI !!!
Probably a good move IMO.
Short but to the point!

Go for it Mr. President
I have bumped heads with some of the gentlemen in this distinguished Cabinet, but at this moment in time I believe all of them are very capable leaders; most importantly I believe Vanek to care deeply about America and has shown that by going to the defense to longest standing ally America has left.
'the United States are', 'the United States is'; 'these United States'...
All of the above phrases are divisive in as much as they indicate a 'group' of individual states being united, which maybe are not so united and could be split; using America includes every state and shows unity and solidarity among them all....
