[WTP] Obligatory article no one will read

This week WTP held a referendum to enforce the writing of campaign articles for Congress candidates. While it had been a popular request of PPs in the past it had not been mandated by the populace.

While most any activity is good activity in this party and in the game in general, this requirement is actually not helpful in itself. Why? Because without buying votes for articles they are very likely not going to be seen and if votes are bought, the players that read in game articles are typically already in a party and are active. This is an idea that should help but just doesn't.

Regardless I'll write one because it's been determined to be helpful by the slim majority of active voters. So here ya go. Wanna make worthless legislation with me? Join WTP. It'll only take about 10 votes.
