We handed out 2,850 Q5 foods last week for our Question of the Day program! If you aren’t heading to the DoE website everyday to answer the QotD, you’re missing out!

The American University kicked off last week too. We currently have 5 students enrolled in the program and room for many more. If you’re a new player confused about what’s going on, or maybe you’ve been around for a while but want to further your knowledge, then sign up and get enrolled in the University program. There are rewards handed out during your time as a student there as well.

This week we will be rolling out a new and improved DoE website, so keep your eyes peeled for articles, shouts, and forum posts for the new website.

Hey there America! Are you looking for some colorful maps? Then you're in luck my dear friends, because that's exactly what I'm offering with some explanation on what the hell is happening in our eWorld out there. So let's take a deep breath and dive deep into the darkness...



In the previous WHPR we looked at China, and saw a merciless gang-bang. Since then the attacking force continued to land more kicks and punches, as Sirius and Aurora cooperated to deliver a bloodbath. From Sirius we see Croatia and Turkey, from Aurora Chile and Paraguay. And then there's Thailand too, who switched sides because of lack of Serbian support. Paraguay joined the fight with an Air Strike. It's a completely one sided war, China is losing every single battle.
China though is losing on purpose, they are working on a different strategy.



Meanwhile in Eastern Europe, Ukraine managed to take the capital of Hungary in an epic campaign which ended in the 14th battle. Unlike former campaigns when we had seen insane amounts of damage, this campaign also led to a server crash in its culmination when Hungary could have actually closed down the gap and leveled the score, which despite the massive COs on both sides was in favour of the Sirius member. The servers went down for a few hours and when the game restarted later in the day Ukraine was able to secure half the points in each of the remaining battle and eventually close the campaign. While trying to defend its cores, Hungary also lost its Black Sea coast to Bulgaria who seized the opportunity and returned the "favour" (Hungary had taken the same regions from Bulgaria some months ago when Romania attacked and wiped the Aurora nation in August).
Now Hungary has fully recovered from its losses as Ukraine cannot afford to spend enough money on COs as to hold on to the Hungarian original regions, but the direct war with Ukraine is still ongoing.

Interview with Josh Frost

Under the direction of President Bubblar and Secretary of Media ErrOrka, the WHPR presents to you an interview with former President Josh Frost, on the one year anniversary - close to - of his last Presidential term.

Me: Mr. Frost, how do you do today?

JF: I'm doing great.

It’s been almost a year since you were last President of the eUS. How does that feel? Has that been enough time for you to rid yourself of all the stress we like to believe the job comes with?

It feels amazing not having to be president. I think the United States started making great decisions as soon as I took office and that hasn't stopped. Personally, I am stress free. The last term was easy in a lot of ways and not too stressful.

What do you spend your days doing? Both in rl and also eRep.

In eRep I have really toned down my activity. In real life I teach all day and am going to school. It's pretty hectic.

Can you tell us some more about the lovely vacation you took in Hawaii?

It's Top Secret, I can't share that with anyone. 😉

We were very pleased to see you kept doing some work even while enjoying your retirement in Hawaii. That was some impressive spy-work. Care to reveal some of your tricks?

A great player never reveals all of his tricks. I just take interest in particular events that occur and try to make sure they pan out in our favor.

Turning to our beloved country, what are your thoughts on the eUSA?

I think the country is in good hands. I was extremely pleased with Tyler, DmJohnston and Wild Owl's presidencies. It's like seeing your children grow up... damn shame they couldn't surpass me. lol

What do you think have been the major accomplishments in the year since you were President?

Nobody screwed up. That in itself is a major accomplishment in eUSA Presidential politics. I'll take it every time.

What do you believe can be done to enhance our position in the eWorld?

Probably start playing a different game. eRepublik is dying. It's not even close to being the game that it was during it's peak. At this point I think everyone just kind of putters along.

Before we end this interview, when next should we expect to see you making another bid at the top job?

If I were to run, I would want a legitimate challenge on the world stage. I always do well in desperate situations. Things are so run of the mill now, I would probably die of boredom as President. Maybe somebody I hate will run for President. If my real life is lacking excitement, then I'll give it a go.

So what is this IES?

Greetings to all of you politically curious readers. One day or another we all hear the "IES" mentioned here in the eUSA. Anyone that ever plans on being active in the politic scene of the eUSA will definitely have to become familiar with this term, but just what is the IES?



To begin with, IES is an initialism that is short for "Immigration Enforcement Service." It is the official immigration organization put into place by the Government of eUSA. The job of this organization is to investigate the background of every immigration application to our nation to check for PTO threats and the like before choosing to accept or deny an application. Through this system is the ONLY legal way to obtain citizenship in the eUSA.

The existence of the IES is based around 3 overarching regulated goals that dictate its path of action at all times.

1. Prevent hostiles from gaining citizenship
2. Ensuring our own people and ATO voters can enter as needed
3. Allowing good, upstanding immigrants the opportunity to become eAmerican without conflicting with 1 and 2



The knowledge and attention of and to this organization is a very vital thing for every eAmerican to possess. Congressmen need to know of this existence as it is the deciding factor of who enters the nation, and if a Congressman goes around handing out citizenship against IES regulation then they will be censured immediately for the rest of their Congressional term. Repeated offense can even result in a blacklisting, and that's no fun - just ask DMV3!

You may be wondering, "I'm not a Congressman, why should I have to pay attention to this organization at all?" Well I'm glad you asked! The IES makes it very clear who IS and more importantly who ISN'T supposed to be in the eUSA. If a Congressman decided to hand out an illegal citizenship and then that illegal citizen tried scamming eUSA citizens or rallying citizens to a newfound political Party, you would want to have an easy source to check to see if this is man is trying to steal your money or raise a Party for a PTO attempt. Thanks to the IES you have that source right at your fingertips.



The Immigration Enforcement Service is a powerful force that works on keeping out PTO threats and makes sure we can all two-click another day without having to worry about Serbians taking over the country. It's a good thing to be aware of organizations like this that are doing their best to protect you. Spread the knowledge and two click your day away!



Arm America: Locked and loaded

Arm America is a recently revived program that doles out tanks for important battles. At least it did. A recent vote in Congress has changed the program a bit. They are going to open it up. The aim is to mobilise the American community and to increase activity and overall damage. Objectives are to hold regular mass hits the frequency of which to increase with time; depending on the feedback of course. Another objective is to find 1 or 2 additional QMs to support Blande who will be the main person organising the event.


Be sure to catch all the mass hits and claim your piece.

They will be supplying tanks to Americans and those in US military units fighting as ordered by the National Security Council. Mass hits will begin next week on Tuesday.
