Today I will set out part 1 of my manifesto:The Referendum

Referendum
If I become president,on July 10'th our government will hold an in/out referendum to decide if we want to stay part of our current alliance Pluto.If the decision is to vote out,on July 20'th we will hold a second referendum to decide what alliance we should join(if they have us).This should give everyone time to put a case together for which alliance they favor.If Pluto splits before then,we will just hold the second referendum.

To be eligible to vote you must be born before today's date.(1'st July)
The vote will be held over a twenty-four hour period,an open public vote.

I doubt anybody actually wants to stay in PLUTO, including the other countries in PLUTO

Plus alliances are a matter for Parliament to decide - not for the government to handle exclusively via polls
