[Trekker4CP] You wanted reasons, I will give you reasons.

Well it is time for a serious campaign article. More serious at any rate. Everything I have written until now has been serious in the way that everything I talked about presented a segue into a point I wanted to make. I have discussed me desire to run again, my want of community, and the fondness I have for my staff and the loyalty it has gained me.

These articles have served their purpose. But now the real question:

Why should you vote for Trekker Tlumac on May the 5th?



That is a fair question. What do I have this month that no one else has? And I know that my stunning good looks will not cut it as a answer.

Do you love your country?
Are you concerned about our future?
Do you genuinely want what is best for your country?
Do you want to know that someone capable is running your country?

If you can answer yes to even one of those questions, I am the candidate you are looking for.


I have spent the last month as your President. I came to this job prepared and with a excellent team to back me up. On a daily basis I speak with people whom I trust greatly (Oblige, Garmr, WildOwl, Viky, The Mike, and many others). These people have helped me greatly.

The reality of this term is that I WAS a first term President following a Owl who had just served three terms consecutive and five overall. This is undoubtedly a hard act to follow.

In my first couple days the testing of my ability had already begun. We were dragged into a situation we never should have been with Cuba. And both sides wanted our help. There was little to be gained anywhere. It was a no win situation for us. In the end we remained as neutral to the internal conflict as game mechanics would allow us to. That set a precedent for my

And we held solid to that precedent and have not let up. We are a country that needs little and one that should not be pushed into anything which it does not wish to be involved in.

We have not strayed from this path. And this policy has served us well. We have been able to assist allies in proffering damage on the battlefields but have not delved into any country's personal goings on.

Some who have asked for aide have not liked this, but they respected it. And it is the only way to truly ensure our freedom.

This was one of my first functional lessons as CP. It is not a lesson you can learn just by watching or wanting. To be prepared for this job, you have to have experienced staff and live the job.

And yes, I was green when I first started this term. I was thrown in to the fire quickly and tested immediately. Not as severely as some have been, but enough to educate me in a hurry.

Each week I grow more confident in this job, my people, and our collective abilities. I am a much better president today than I was four weeks ago. I am a stronger leader and more agile on Foreign Affairs. Most importantly (to me) my staff trusts me.

I am the better presidential candidate.

That is not a matter of debate, that is fact.

I have a plan. And each day that plan grows in influence and fruition.

What can you expect from the next 31 days of my presidency?

You can expect our continued success on the battlefield. We still hold North Korea. We are continuing our conquest of Indonesia. What comes next? Well I cannot tell you that, yet.

You can expect the continuation of bringing in more and more new players into jobs and deputy slots. The latest addition to the team include F.Underwood at Deputy Chief of Staff and to help BeachBunny out in Interior.

You can expect expanded media. I am building a new Media team. I am thankful for all the work Smee has done for our country. He stepped up and took over Media a few days into my term, when my original Director had to leave due to Real Life. But he will have real life constraints over the next month and so I am finding him a suitable replacement. While this transition is going on I will be rebuilding and expanding the department. I intend to have a director and deputies for said director. Those names will be released a bit later.

You can expect continued work on the reorganization of USAF. The USAF Command group is dedicated to this project and have made great progress. But it is a process and that will take time. Dinnyin, Garmr, RainySunday, and others have all been hard at work on this.

You can expect my continued personal media, which has averaged over two articles a week. I will continue to try to provide vital updates on the country and less vital updates on my musings of being CP.

You can expect a continued and sustained effort by me and my administration to foster community within the eUSA. I have yet to not hear someone out when they wanted to talk to me (not even people bringing my criticisms), I will continue to listen to all people. I am the President of all people. In the past month I have strove to prove that to the in game populous, that crusade will continue.

You can expect the continued out reach to new players. And more out reach to some of the older players.

You can expect the continued running of the country to be smooth and uninterrupted.



So as this fine afternoon in May turns into a fine evening in May I will leave you with one, and only one, final thought.
