Join the new world

It's been an interesting campaign. I've enjoyed laying out my vision for our country and what I feel it needs. To be blunt we need to strengthen our community. A baby boom is important, but a strong community to receive and engage the incoming newbs is equally if not more important. If we lose players as fast as we gain them then what have we really accomplished? We must integrate newbs.




So many pressing issues have been fixed over the last 6 months. Damage imbalance, budget deficit, PTO, wipe, bonuses, etc. Our last pressing problem as I see it is the threadbare state of our community. Oldfags everywhere tire and burnout. Talented newbs poised, trained, and ready to take over are fewer and further between. One of my proposed fixes to this problem is to assign a Deputy to every Department with the intent they be trained to take the big seat.





Community is everything. Take USAF they're a community. They do great work for the nation. Yet lately have maintained near total radio silence. For a long time Congress has asked them to make do with less and less money. Two of its branches have been dissolved and merged into other branches. Combine that with the Division realignment, and they are dealing with a lot of transition. The plan is to create a USAF Public Relations office. Hale is the person tapped to organize and run things. The USAF PR office will organize inter division contests, produce frequent propaganda, and make a push in helping newbs find a home in Flight Training.





If you have followed my campaign you will notice that I've said little about foreign policy. My plan is to continue down the course we've been going on. In other words not screw up. My focus will be on restoring some threads to our threadbare community and putting some asses in seats. To me it's rather simple, rebuild our numbers with engaged and educated players, and our standing in the world will increase, as will our damage.





I don't claim to have the magic solution, but I know what focusing on increasing activity, and involving the player base can accomplish. I have done it at the party level, and I believe that I can accomplish it at the national level. Vote for Tyler Bubblar and together we can grow the ultimate ass.
