[TB 4 CP] A Threadbare Community Without Ass

Above is a Persian carpet. It's beautiful and vibrant. It's rich with color. Replete with designs and artistry. It's what our community here in the eUSA once was. It's a media module full of articles, It's political parties brimming with talented people. It's the eUSA in the top 3 of damage. It's eNPR airing not only weekly but several times a week. It's energy, enthusiasm, and activity.





This is a threadbare community. It's worn and frayed. It's torn and faded. Its details have blurred. Much of its former glory has been washed away by time and care. While it's obvious that it was once a beautiful work of art that just makes its present state that much more tragic. It's near silent irc rooms. It's a media module with little activity. It's a community decimated by attrition but unbuoyed by eager newbs. It's an eUSA that seems resigned to manage the decay.






We have a sea of empty seats. These seats are just yearning for asses to fill them. During my time as a Party President I focused heavily on the bringing in of asses. We recruited hard, and pushed to welcome and assimilate the new players we garnered. In an effort to keep players engaged the Fun Zone was created. The idea was to run contests, games, and have easily accessed forum threads for socializing. Fed Radio was also brought back and remains to this day. Tanks were rewarded for forum, Media, and IRC activity. These things at the party level have begun to work and the asses are starting to be more plentiful.





Rebuilding community and rebuilding our supply of asses is my number 1 Priority. This is why I selected Molly Emma to be Secretary of Interior, and Cholan to be Secretary of Education. In addition to this I have asked Hale to help create and head up a public outreach team for USAF. Molly has been Secretary of the Interior more than a few times. She's excelled there and will again. Cholan came to me asking for the chance to be Secretary of Education. He presented me with a very impressive, detailed, and well organized plan of action for his Department. I have no doubt that Education and Interior will be a source of pride to my administration.





DMJ is going to be the ultimate asshunter. He and his team are going to troll the internets for moar ass. I know it's been said eNasa is a failure. Tried and failed. However, when the program has been given the attention and consistency it requires, great results have been produced. Links for eNasa will be seen in every and I mean every government sanctioned media publication from the WHPR, Interior org, State org, DHS articles, all the way to Presidential articles. Contests will be hosted between parties and MUs. Prizes for those contests will be awarded. Best of all participants in this program will be swimming in referral gold from Plato. I see ass soup in our future. Another thing I see is Tanksa Claus working closely with these Departments so he can rain gifts of tanks down upon those he finds actively engaged in the community.





For too long we have simply cut our losses abandon once sacrosanct programs due to lack of interest, funding, or capable people to run them. Experienced players burn out and leave an ever shrinking group of oldfags carrying the load which cannot help but increase burnout rate. My pledge to the eUSA is that every single Secretary in my cabinet will have a Deputy assigned to them with the intent that through the course of the month they be trained to take the lead in that department. Those who put in the work of learning will be given a glowing recommendation to any future CP candidate looking to build a cabinet. Our community need not remain threadbare and without ass.
