[Referendum] Ley de Ayudas // Law Aids

Desde el Comisariado del Pueblo para los Asuntos Internos, a petición del Comisariado del Pueblo para la Instrucción Política y Cultura Socialista, queremos llevar a referendum, una proposición de Ley para asentar una base de ayudas sociales para todos los Cubanos.

Este referendum se debe a que al no haber base legal para tratarse en el Congreso, debe ser el Pueblo Cubano quien con su voto, apruebe o no la ley.

Esta ley, constará de dos tipos de ayudas. La primera será una subvención para subir los trainings y la otra será una subvención para comprar el Contrato de Entrenamiento con el 90% de descuento.

La propuesta que realiza este Comisariado y por consiguiente este Gobierno es la Siguiente.

Ley de Ayudas al Pueblo Cubano

El Gobierno de eCuba, en aras de involucrarse en la mejora social y económica de la ciudadanía eCubana, apoyará mediante esta ley que la Sociedad Cubana, pueda mejorar dentro de eR social y económicamente.

Para ello, se aprueban una serie de ayudas, que consistirán en lo siguiente.

LEY DE AYUDA PARA MEJORAR LOS TRAINING GROUNDS



1.- El día de las rebajas de los trainings ground, el Gobierno de eCuba, aportará al menos 3k cc al ciudadano ecubano que lo solicite con la única finalidad de subir los trainings.

2.- Dicha ayuda podrá ser aumentada por cada Gobierno en función de las cuentas del momento, pero en ningún caso podrá ser menor de 3k cc.

3.- El Ciudadano eCubano que lo solicite, tendrá que cumplir una serie de requisitos:

3.1.- Tener al menos 2 medallas del trabajo.
3.1.1.- En el caso que fuera más joven, podrá solicitarlo mediante el aval del PP del partido que milite o Comandante de MU que pertenezca, que certifique que no es una multie (en el caso que pasado un mes, este jugador falleciese o fuera baneado, el avalista, deberá reponer la totalidad del dinero que fuera dado a su avalado al Estado).

3.2.- Hacer 2 Capturas de Pantalla. Una primera con los trainings si subir y una segunda con los trainings subidos.

4.- El Gobierno, tras la verificación de dichos requisitos, tardará un máximo de 72 horas en abonar dicha subvención.

5.- El Gobierno, se compromete a publicar el día de las rebajas de los trainings, un artículo con los requisitos necesarios para solicitar la ayuda y la persona del Gobierno con la que ponerse en contacto en caso de duda.

LEY DE AYUDA PARA LA ADQUISICIÓN DEL CONTRATO DE ENTRENAMIENTO AL 90% DE DESCUENTO.



1.- El día de rebajas para la adquisición del contrato de entrenamiento al 90% de descuento, aportará al menos 2k cc al ciudadano ecubano que lo solicite con la única finalidad de adquirirlo.

2.- Dicha ayuda podrá ser aumentada por cada Gobierno en función de las cuentas del momento, pero en ningún caso podrá ser menor de 2k cc.

3.- El Ciudadano eCubano que lo solicite, tendrá que cumplir una serie de requisitos:

3.1.- Ser Ciudadano eCubano
3.2.- Tener subidos todos los trainings grounds
3.3.- Hacer 3 capturas de pantalla. Una primera, con los trainings subidos. Una segunda con las horas que tiene pendiente (si las tuviera) y una tercera con las horas nuevas una vez cogido el contrato

4.- El Gobierno, tras la verificación de dichos requisitos, tardará un máximo de 72 horas en abonar dicha subvención.

5.- El Gobierno, se compromete a publicar el día de las rebajas de los trainings, un artículo con los requisitos necesarios para solicitar la ayuda y la persona del Gobierno con la que ponerse en contacto en caso de duda.

Con esta propuesta, desde este Gobierno, buscamos el compromiso de todos los futuros Gobiernos de la Nación y de sus partidos políticos (todos somos de izquierdas), para que el pueblo Cubano crezca de la mejor forma posible.

La votación de esta propuesta, tendrá de duración los dos dias que dure el artículo publicado.

From the Commissary for the population of Internal Affairs, a petition of the Commissary for the population for the Political Instruction and Socialist Culture, we want to make a referendum, a Law proposal to make a basis of social helps for all Cubans.

This referendum is made because there is no legal basis for being treated in the Congress so it is Cuban population who with their vote, approve the law or not.

This law will consist in two types of helps. The first will be a subvention for improving the trainings and the other for buying the Training Contract with the 90% of discount.

The proposal that this Commissary is making, and as a consequence, the Government, is the following:

Law about Helps for Cuban Population

The Government of eCuba, in order to get involved in the improvement socially and economically eCuban citizenship will support by this law that the Cuban Society can improve in eR socially and economically.

For making this, several helps are approved, which will consist on the following.

LAW OF HELP TO IMPROVE THE TRAINING GROUNDS.



1.- The Sales day in which improving the training grounds will be reduced, the Government of eCuba will give at least 3k CC to the eCuba citizen who ask for it with the unique goal of improving them.

2.- This help can be higher, depending on the Government and the money that they have to do this in that moment, but it must never be less than 3k CC.

3.- The eCuban citizen who ask for it must have the following requisites:

3.1- Having at least 2 working medals.

3.1.1- In case of being younger, s/he could demand it with the support of the PP of the Party in which s/he is member of, or the commander of his/her MU, who must say that s/he is not multie. (in the case in which having passed a month, this player dies or is banned, the supporter must give back the totality of the money to the State).

3.2- Making 2 captures. The first in which the trainings are not improved and the second one once they are improved.

4.- The Government, after the verification of these requisites, will have 72 hours as the maximum to give this subvention.

5.- The Government is compromised to publish the day of the sales of the trainings, an article with the necessary requirements to apply for the help and the person of the Government with which you must put in contact in case of any doubt.

LAW OF HELPING FOT THE ACQUISITION OF THE TRAINING CONTRACT WITH 90% OF DISCOUNT.



1.- The sales day for the acquisition of the training contract with the 90% of discount will give at least 2k CC to each eCuban citizen who ask for it with the unique intention of acquiring it.

2.- This help can be higher depending on the Government and the money that they have in that moment, but it must not be less than 2k CC

3.- the eCuban citizen who ask for it, must have the following requirements:

3.1- Being eCuban citizen.

3.2- Having improved the Training grounds.

3.3- Making 3 captures. A first one with the improved trainings. A second one with the pending hours (if s/he has it) and a third one with the new hours once they have the subvention.

5.- The Government must publish the sales day an article with the necessary requirements to ask for the help and the person of the Government with whom you must put in contact with if you have any doubt.

With this proposal, from this Government, we search for the compromise of all the future governments of our nation and of their political parties (we are all leftist), so that the Cuban population grows in the best way as possible.

The voting for this proposal will be during the two days within this article is published.
