Many of you may have noticed that today, I proposed a NE with Uruguay.

As I mentioned in my previous article, this is to continue the Training Wars of our country. We will fight to win their region and assist them in releasing it. The same will happen with Western Cape. We will lose it, which will return our capital to our main chunk of land and help return our food bonuses. Then they will assist us in regaining it.

War games need to be handled appropriately, as it's important that both sides win. Without a handling them respectfully, it becomes "War" not "Games"

I apologize for any poor communication on my part with Uruguay and the South African people as to what this is.

Remember all the times that we've had trouble regaining our regions in past Training Wars? Let's not be those people.
