[MOFA] Training War with Turkey

Hello Georgians.
So, as you can see, admins introduced a new update Resource Wars. Briefly, for winning the battle - we will get tokens and for this tokens we can change our resources as we want.

1. Georgia will attack Turkey and lose.
2. Turkey will attack Georgia and RW Abkhazia.
3. Turkey will wipe out Georgia.
4. Georgia will returned to the map by RW.
5. Turkey will compensate our lost MPP (30.000 GEL).
6. Turkey still keep Abkhazia.

Both sides will receive resource tokens.
