[MoFA eCol] Situación con eVenezuela [ESP|ENG]

Buenos días queridos eColombianos, aliados y enemigos

Debido a los sucesos recientes, el ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores presentará hoy un boletín especial, dedicado únicamente a tratar el tema con Venezuela.

NOTA: Este boletín iba a ser publicado el sábado, pero por una emergencia Vida Real, solo pude publicar toda la información en el congreso para su deliberación.

Desde la finalización del acuerdo con Venezuela, hace ya mes y medio, los gobiernos de eColombia y eVenezuela se han reunido en repetidas ocasiones para llegar a un nuevo acuerdo bilateral que satisfaga las necesidades de ambos países. Sin embargo, y a pesar de que nos hemos encontrado muy cerca de llegar a acuerdo durante dicho tiempo, distintas dificultades se han presentado.

El ideal de ambos gobiernos, siempre ha sido el acercarse mutuamente, poco a poco, paso a paso, sobre todo por las grandes diferencias y enemistades, que datan desde hace mucho tiempo. Se realizaron grandes acercamientos entre ambas naciones, se plantearon diferentes alternativas de solución a los conflictos presentados, y a pesar del escepticismo y los problemas presentados durante éstos encuentros, siempre se mantuvo la disposición de lograr una salida diplomática a esto.

Durante los últimos días, un grupo de eColombianos se encuentra llamando a la población en general a liberar las regiones de Orinoquía y Cundiboyacense "por las malas" de manos de eVenezuela. Sus intereses, se encuentran en CONTRA DE LOS INTERESES DEL GOBIERNO COLOMBIANO y por tanto, en CONTRA DEL BIENESTAR Y LA DIPLOMACIA DEL PAÍS; un gobierno que SIEMPRE ha buscado una solución diplomática a éstos impases y que, a pesar de lo que ocurre en este momento, seguirá buscando una solución a este problema.

Sin embargo, en los últimos días se han perdido por completo los contactos con el gobierno Venezolano. Esto, más que todo, debido a problemas durante las negociaciones y a distintos factores externos en la geopolítica eMundial que se han presentado, a la aparente inestabilidad de TWO por sus problemas internos y a los MPP firmados entre eVenezuela y ROLA.

eColombia agotará hasta su último recurso diplomático, con tal de solucionar esta situación con eVenezuela. De parte del gobierno y el congreso eColombiano hay TOTAL DISPOSICIÓN con el fin de llegar a un acuerdo con el vecino país. Durante los últimos dos meses hemos demostrado que somos un país en el que se puede confiar, y durante ese tiempo se han cedido sin ningún compromiso éstas dos regiones a eVenezuela.

Cuando se abrieron Guerras de Resistencia en éstas regiones, eColombia las paso por alto y NUNCA se dio la orden de luchar por liberarlas. Porque el gobierno de eColombia y los eColombianos, somos conscientes de nuestro compromiso y de que debemos cumplir nuestra palabra.

Cuando se organizó la "entrega" de las regiones, y que por diferentes motivos (incluyendo la presencia de jugadores rebeldes venezolanos) no se pudo dar, el gobierno de eColombia y los eColombianos entendieron y comprendieron la situación por la que pasaba eVenezuela y el conflicto de intereses que allí se presentó.

Ahora, eColombia, pide a todos ustedes, en especial a nuestros amigos, aliados , hermanos y países cercanos, su comprensión acerca de este tema. Es complicado para nuestro país controlar esta población rebelde, así como lo es para cualquier otro país en el emundo.

eColombia, representada por su gobierno, seguirá abierta a conversar con el gobierno eVenezolano y, sin duda alguna, con la idea de solucionar este tema pacíficamente. Nosotros no queremos guerra, armar pleitos innecesarios y mucho menos, afectar negativamente las grandes relaciones que se han forjado durante los últimos meses con nuevas y grandes naciones y aliados.

Abiertamente y con certeza puedo afirmar, que el gobierno eColombiano y la gran mayoría de la población esta deacuerdo con las líneas de este artículo y el mensaje plasmado en él.

Invito al gobierno venezolano a volverse a sentar en la mesa y limar asperezas. Este es un asunto que debemos solucionar juntos. Igualmente invito a los ciudadanos eColombianos y aliados a que no luchen en las guerras de resistencia que se lleven a cabo en las dos regiones mencionadas anteriormente. No caigamos en la trampa que nos están tendiendo ROLA y CoT, a ellos les conviene que liberemos dichas regiones a la fuerza para enemistarnos con un miembro de ACT-TWO, y así sacar provecho para liberar a eMéxico y a ePerú.

A todos los aliados, amigos y compañeros en el campo de batalla que soporten este mensaje, les pido que lo hagan saber por medio del artículo. Espero que todos y cada uno de ustedes hayan quedado informados acerca de la situación actual, que nos hagan saber su valiosa opinión a través de los comentarios de este artículo, además de sus inquietudes y sus recomendaciones.

Good morning dear eColombians, allies and enemies.

Due to recent events, the Minister of Foreign Affairs will present a special bulletin regarding recent events with Venezuela.

Note: This bulletin was going to be published on Saturday. RL problems caused that it could only be published to the Congress for they deliberation.

Since the end of the treaty with Venezuela, a month and a half ago, the governments of eColombia and eVenezuela, have had several meeting to find a new bilateral treaty which satisfies the needs of both countries. Nonetheless, even if we have been really close to reach it during that time, several obstacles came up.

The goal of both governments has always been the get the countries close to each other, step by step, considering the problems we had in the past. We had great advances and several solutions to the conflict were presented. Both parts had a great attitude during this time, even though there was a lot of skepticism and several problems during the wholes process.

During the last days, a group of eColombians are trying to get the attention of the people to try to liberate the regions of Orinoquia and Cundiboyacense by force from eVenezuela. Their interests are AGAINST THE ECOLOMBIAN GOVERNMENT INTERESTS and therefore AGAINST THE WELL-BEING AND DIPLOMACY OF THE COUNTRY. This is a government that has ALWAYS tried to find a diplomatic solution to these problems and that, even what have just occurred, will continue to focus their efforts on this kind of solutions.

Nevertheless, during the last days we have lost communication with eVenezuelan government. This, over all, due to problems during the negotiations a some external factor of the geopolitics, to a seeming instability inside of TWO and the MPP signed between eVenezuela and ROLA.

eColombia will keep on trying to find a diplomatic solution as long as it takes to solve the actual problems. Colombian government and Congress are TOTALLY OPEN to find a treaty with our neighbor country. During the last two months we have shown that we are a trustworthy country and during this time we have concede these two regions to eVenezuela without any obligation.

When the Resistance Wars in these regions, eColombia didn't consider them and NEVER gave the order of fighting to free them. This is because eColombian government and people are aware of our commitment and that we should respect what we said.

When we organized the “giving back” of the regions, and that due to different regions (including the presence of rebel players from eVenezuela) it couldn't be completed, eColombian government and people understood the situation in eVenezuela and the conflict of interests which occurred there.

At this moment, eColombia asks to all of you, particularly to our friends, allies, brothers and close countries to understand what is going on. It is hard to our country to control the rebel people, so as it is to any other country in the eWorld.

eColombia, represented by its government, will be open to find a pacific solution. We do not want war nor unnecessary battles, and less of all, to produce a negative effects on the great relations that have grown with new and great
nations and allies. Openly and with a lot of confidence I can assure that the eColombian government and most of its people agree with the lines of this article.

I invite the government of eVenezuela to get back into the table and solve the little differences. This is an issue that we should solve together. I also invite to eColombian citizens and allies not to fight in those resistance wars. Let's not get in the trap created by ROLA and CoT. They could get a lot of positive results if we free those regions by force, as that could create a confrontation with a member of ACT-TWO and therefore be able to free both eMexico and ePeru.

To all of our allies, friends and mates in the battlefield that support this message, I invite to let us know by this article. I wish that all of you are aware of this situation and that let us know your important opinion via the comments of this article and also your questions and suggestions.

Finally, we want to say hello to a new ally that is now part of our MPP list:

Slovakia, a new ally from ACT, with which we hope we'll have excelent relations and will improve them day by day since now. You can count on us when needed.
