[MoD] Training War with Belgium

Dear soldiers of the eNetherlands,

In a few moments we will attack eBelgium and a war will commence. However, this war is a Training War and therefore in agreement with our neighbour Belgium. This will give our nation the excellent opportunity to fight for their own banner (True Patriot damage), test our efficiency (both in the Defence system and the Dictator-CP cooperation in giving and executing orders) and in an exciting event.

The Training War will last for as long as either nations are on the map, or when it's ended by an agreement. This means that for the Training War to be officially ended, one nation had to be wiped by the other, after which these regions will once again be liberated.
