If you want to rank up, fight with weapons. If you're a Field Marshal, fight weaponless and save your money for a real battle.

Fight guide:

You should be in one of the regions with a Quality Five hospital - this means either Limpopo, KwaZulu-Natal or Free State.

This allows you to fight five times. You see, each time you fight, it costs you 10 wellness - but for every quality point your regions hospital has, you can heal yourself at it after you fight for 10 wellness. So:

Q1 Hospital heals you - 10 wellness.

Q2 Hospital heals you - 20 wellness.

Q3 Hospital heals you - 30 wellness.

Q4 Hospital heals you - 40 wellness.

Q5 Hospital heals you - 50 wellness.

Which means that you can fight 5 times and heal yourself back to where you started with a Q5 hospital. However, if you have low wellness, you can fight once and heal yourself for 50 wellness - meaning you get 40 wellness in the process!

So there are obvious major benefits of moving to either Limpopo, KwaZulu-Natal or Free state - none of our other regions have any hospitals at all, so you should NEVER fight from them - you will steadily lose wellness.
