Hola , primero que nada buen Día / Tarde / Noche
Vengo acá como corresponde a hacer un articulo de cierre de gestión del Ministerio de Defensa , para que todos los eCubanos vean lo que pasamos este mes.
Primero que nada , no vengo de la mejor forma posible , ya que como todos saben USA nos borro y nos dejo sin congreso , fue demasiado difícil detener a un país como USA , ya que ellos tienen 17 MPPs mas todo el daño de su país , y nosotros tenemos 3 MPPs solamente (el MPP con Colombia lo dejamos caer para que cueste menos el llenado del AS , pero los eColombianos no dudaron en ayudarnos con la guerra) , hicimos todo el esfuerzo posible para tratar de aguantar pero lamentablemente caímos ante USA , se pidió ayuda a nuestros aliados y a MUs potentes , repartimos tanques , pusimos COs pero así y todo no pudimos contra ellos . Vengo triste por no poder hacer lo que esperábamos . Desde espectador parece muy fácil pero cuando lo tenes que hacer se vuelve muy difícil , quiero que todos entiendan eso.
Yo doy la cara y me culpo por todo lo sucedido por que al fin y al cabo soy el MoD , pero piensen y pónganse en el lugar del gabinete , no es tan fácil como se pinta.
Segundo : se intento hablar con las MUs de eCuba , lo cual no funciono , los comandantes se negaron , pero dijeron que si es por cuba dirijirian el daño ahí.
Tercero : dimos repartos de armas en los canales #e.cuba , #ecuba.supp , a nuestros aliados y eCubanos que lo necesitaron , cabe resaltar que noruega fue uno de nuestros grandes aliados , pegaron por nosotros cuando hizo falta , nos dieron armas , nos dieron dinero para poner COs , fueron uno de nuestros grandes aliados este mes , así que le agradecemos de todo el pueblo eCubano y desde nuestro gobierno.
También quiero agradecer a nuestro aliado eArgentina y eColombia que pegaron por nosotros y eGrecia que también los vi pegar por nosotros.
Cuarto : logramos un avance muy importante para eCuba y espero no se rompa , estamos un pie adelante de entrar a la alianza LETO , eso es muy importante para nuestro País , ye espero que la gestión que sigue siga con este tema y no se rompa

Quinto : logramos otro avance importante , que es el llenado del AS , pasamos de 1% a 26% . De a poquito se va llenando , lo que también espero para la próxima gestión es que sigan una campaña mundial para el llenado de AS.
Sin nada mas que decir me despido , dimos nuestro mejor esfuerzo y espero sepan valorarlo , defendimos los derechos de los eCubanos

I come here as befits an article on closure of management of the Ministry of Defence, for all to see what we made this month.
First of all, do not come in the best way possible, because as we all know USA us I delete and left us without Congress, was too hard to stop a country like USA, since they have 17 MPPs more all damage from his country, and we have 3 MPPs only (MPP with Colombia we drop that cost less filling AS, but eColombianos not hesitated to help war), we made every effort to try to hold effort but unfortunately fell to the USA, asked for help from our allies and powerful MUs, we tanks, we put COs but nonetheless could not against them. Second : is I try to speak with MUs of Cuba, which did not work, commanders refused, but said that if Cuba goes to war is dirijirian damage there.
Third : gave arms deals in the channels # e.cuba, # ecuba.supp, our allies and eCubanos who needed it, it should be noted that Norway was one of our greatest allies, stuck by us when it was necessary ,donated's we got money to put COs one of our greatest allies this month, so we thank all the people of eNoruega.
I also want to thank our ally Ecolombia , eArgentina and eGrecia stuck by us and also saw sticking by us.
fourth : we achieved a very important advance for Cuba and hope it does not break, we're a foot forward to enter the LETO alliance, it is very important for our country, hope the management continues to follow this issue and will not break

Usted no debería hacerse a un lado o perderse porque yo se lo digo, sino por un mero acto de dignidad y humidad que, a leguas, se nota que le falta. Y cuando gente como vos recrimina a los ciudadanos que contribuyen con Cuba pero hacen oposición política, solo demuestra que no tienen catadura moral ni caracter ético para sacar adelante el país.

well if eCuba had not fought so hard against the eUS during the attacks by Thailand we would not be here.
Excuses, only Excuses. The damage of eCuba is unsignificant. You just found a justification todo attack us.
PsyCokenin, since I am on the eUS government staff (and was one of the 2 eUS players running eUS plans on 9/11), the answer to that is no, it was not a justification. On 9/8 the plan was to continue to pay you guys rent for the 2 states and not to wipe Cuba. Then on 9/9 4 RWs happened at once and we heard that we would likely be attacked (maybe by multiple nations on 9/11), so the complete focus of the eUS government went to figuring out the best way to defend the US. I assumed that once the attacks was over we could continue have to good reasons on Cuba (I think most in the government felt that). Then AFTER the US starting putting up CO and trying to win the Cuba RW you guys keep fighting hard, setting CO on your side, and supplying tanks to players to fight against us. THAT is what caused everyone in our government to decide to wipe Cuba.
It was, man. All of you had wiped Cuba later or sooner. You only wanted an excuse for that.
Besides, you complain about attacks in your significant dates, but you don't respect significant dates of another countries (like the NATO-USA plane in the shouts against the serbians)

Well I was referring to the Thailand Air Strike last month in my comment, interesting that you are the one that brought up real life times and dates. I totally agree that many places have seen bad things happen on a number of difference dates (as I have in real life during my time in Africa). But in no way was I personally bringing real life into the problems between eCuba and the eUS (although many have done so and will likely continue to do so.
Maybe there was some who would have attacked Cuba in time, but to honest that was the last thing on anyone's mind until Cuba's actions during the Air Strike by Thailand. You can believe or not believe me that is totally up to you. In fact I (and the rest of our government worked hard to make sure Cuba got extra congressmen in the 2 congress elections before this (even though nothing required that we do so). Personally some day I would like to figure out some agreement, but again to be totally truthful eCuba's actions mean that it will take time for a major of the eUS congress and government to believe anything your government says, just like you are having a hard time believing what I am saying to you.
to clear something up, I should have said this was "he last thing on anyone's mind until Cuba's actions during the Air Strike by Thailand" after your president elections. We were ready to go to war if the guy from Serbia who supporting fighting had won. When he did not, we assumed everything would stay as it was.
It's simple. we don't believe you because, in the same way, whether you think or not the cuban RW was fought to disrespect the 9/11, it is totally up to you. At least, in the Tyler Bubbar's article where you declare war against Cuba, the screenshots don't shows cuban's shouts mocking about the 9/11. And, of course, you didn't give answer to cuban MoFA about the agreement. Hence, it was ended for that moment.
USA have no right to ask eRepublik for not attacking your country in your significant patriotic dates, and, of course, you can't assume the ofensives in those dates are made to disrepect your country.

Demonaire based on your responses it seems you think that if the Thailand attack had happened on some other day (ie the 15th, the 20th, or whatever day) and everything else was the same (ie eCuba government fought hard to free their state), then the eUS would not have attacked and wiped eCuba in reply. I disagree (I think the vote to attack you might have got one or two less votes but still would have passed our congress). I think if Thailand had waited a week or even two weeks the only actual diffenence would have been Cuba would have got an extra week or two of rental money.
But regardless which one of us is right on the issue of the date this is a simple action, reaction situation. Cuba fought hard to free their state during the Thailand attack, the US saw that as breaking the rental agreement, so our reply was to attack you. The US felt that if Cuba feels the rental agreement meant that Cuba can fight the eUS whenever it would be best for Cuba, then the US does not see any reason to have a rental agreement. The US asked ourselves a simple question. Why give someone money when they will do the same thing regardless of if you give them money or not?

I disagree (...)" That's exactly our thought: we are destined to be wiped anytime after the Havana protection status fell off. After all, when an enemy who took two of our territories didn't reply our messages by six days about a renewal of a agreement already ended and after the loss of the protection status, the obvious way of thinking is the one from us.
I don't really matter the agreement, whatever. (I'm the solely voice in Cuba against those treaties). But if it wasn't in 9/11, the wipe was going to happen in 10/11, 11/12 or 99/100... Then, you can't tell me you were to continue the rental, because your actions showed that was not true. That's all.
We sent the first payment for September (it was before the 5th, I think around the 3rd). The next payment was due around the 10th. However the first fights that Thailand did was on 9/9 so our focus from when the RWs started until the last battle was over was defending the US from attacks.
Now you have said I have lied multiple times. So I asked if it was ok to share Screen Shots from the eUS public congress thread on our September 2014 budget. The reason I asked for this is you will see multiple times by multiple people that once the guy from Serbia lost we planned to keep paying the rent and that our understanding was that the rental agreement was still in play. The following are the Screen shots, they go in order 1-7, (note I have removed stuff that does not effect Cuba and whited out budget amounts that do not deal with Cuba since there is no need for you to know this

It was not until the 11th that I see anything about not paying Cuba rental (once Free Area lost).
A congressman had this quote, "In light of Cuba's disrespectful way of breaking our agreement the budget line for the Cuban Rental Agreement is no longer needed."
