In this article I will write some more about my plans and I will speak about the ministries. I have chosen to have a government as small as possible this month. However, having a small government doesn’t mean that there are not enough places for everyone to participate!

Ministry of General Affairs
The ministry of general affairs will include the president, vice-president and the dictator. The president and vice-president will keep an eye on the progress being made by the ministries and will help where possible. The dictator will have close contact with the ministry of general affairs for good communication.

Ministry of Defence
The ministry of defence will have one minister and two state-secretaries. One state-secretary will focus on the defence of our country and will be planning the strategy together with the minister and ministry of general affairs. The other state-secretary will keep an eye on potential dangers of foreign military units that might want to overthrow our democratic dictator system. This state-secretary will also keep an eye on PTO-dangers. I made this a part of defence, since the past has proven us that an independent secret agency doesn’t work in long terms. Also I plan to have at least three combined strikes with other countries during the new 'ally of the week' projects. So the ministry of defence will actively defend our country on many fronts this month, including:

- Defend our core regions from attacks of other nations
This one is pretty obvious, the ministry of defence will coordinate our defence if we are getting attacked by a foreign power.
- Ensure the regional stability
We need to watch out that countries close to us do not become a danger because they are under PTO, like what happened to the United Kingdom. We should also try to keep the region stable to ensure our own safety.
- Keep an eye on PTO dangers and monitor foreign military units
This is what the special state-secretary will be working on this month. I already wrote about this plan in the main text of the ministry.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The ministry of foreign affairs has always been one of our most important ministries. We are not a very strong military power, so often we have to use diplomacy to help ourselves. The ministry of foreign affairs will have a minister and state-secretary who will be working on our diplomatic contacts with other countries. However, I also want to return some ambassadors, which will be assigned to a country in the region. I would like to see an ambassador to: the United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Belgium, Germany, France and Hungary. If we keep close contacts with those nations we can try to create more stability in the region. Our minister and state-secretary of foreign affairs will focus on the other countries.

Ministry of Home Affairs
The ministry of home affairs will continue to do their work as normal. However, I would like to try something new. Instead of waiting for people to apply for citizenship we will try to invite some people to our country. I would like to start this project first in some countries that are currently under PTO and in a helpless situation like Swiss and South-Africa. We can invite the RL citizens from there to come to our country to find their new eHome without PTO. However, before we will do this we will have to make sure that their profiles are being checked and that they are indeed part of the RL community.

Ministry of Finances
Not much to say about the ministry of finances, the only thing I want to do, is to publish an article at the end of the month to show what we used our budget for as a government, to give transparency about our policies. This ministry will only have a minister and state-secretary.

Ministry of Information
The ministry of information will include the current ministry of information, education and X/S. With the ministry of information we will try to inform the people about our policies. This ministry will also publish the information articles around the 'ally of the week' projects. Another thing I want to do, is to let someone in this ministry make more citizen wiki pages on request by our citizens. I plan to have one minister of information, state-secretary of education, state-secretary of wiki and one state-secretary of X/S.

NEDERLANDS

In dit artikel zal ik wat meer van mijn plannen bekend maken en wat schrijven over de ministeries. Ik heb gekozen voor een zo'n klein mogelijke overheid deze maand. Echter betekent het hebben van een kleine overheid niet dat er niet genoeg plaats is voor iedereen om deel te nemen!

Ministerie van Algemene Zaken
Het ministerie van algemene zaken zal bestaan uit de president, vicepresident en dictator. De president en vicepresident zullen een oogje houden op de vooruitgang die wordt geboekt binnen de ministeries en zullen helpen waar mogelijk. De dictator zal goede contacten hebben met het ministerie van algemene zaken om ervoor te zorgen dat de communicatie soepel verloopt.

Ministerie van Defensie
Het ministerie van defensie zal bestaan uit één minister en twee staatssecretarissen. De ene staatssecretaris zal zich focussen op de verdediging van het land en zal de strategie bepalen samen met de minister en het ministerie van algemene zaken. De andere staatssecretaris zal zich richten op potentiële gevaren van buitenlandse militaire eenheden die ons democratische dictator systeem omver willen gooien. Deze staatssecretaris zal ook een oogje in het zeil houden om enige PTO gevaren in kaart te brengen. Ik heb dit een onderdeel gemaakt van defensie, aangezien het verleden ons heeft aangetoond dat een onafhankelijke geheime dienst niet werkt op de lange termijn. Ook heb ik plannen om tenminste drie gezamenlijke aanvallen uit te voeren met andere landen als onderdeel van het nieuwe 'bondgenoot van de week' project. Het ministerie van defensie zal dus ons land actief verdedigen op verschillende fronten, waaronder:

- Verdedigen van onze basis regio’s
Deze is vrij duidelijk: het ministerie van defensie zal onze verdediging coördineren als we worden aangevallen door een buitenlandse macht.
- Veiligstellen van regionale stabiliteit
We moeten oppassen dat landen dichtbij ons geen gevaar kunnen vormen doordat ze onder een PTO komen, zoals gebeurd is met Groot-Brittannië. We moeten proberen om de regio stabiel te houden om onze eigen veiligheid te waarborgen.
- Een oogje houden op PTO gevaren en het monitoren van militaire eenheden
Dit is waaraan de speciale staatssecretaris deze maand aan zal werken. Ik heb dit al nader toegelicht in de hoofdtekst over het ministerie.

Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken
Het ministerie van buitenlandse zaken is altijd één van de meest belangrijke ministeries geweest. We zijn geen militaire grootmacht, dus moeten we het vaak hebben van onze diplomatie om onszelf veilig te stellen. Het ministerie van buitenlandse zaken zal bestaan uit een minister en staatssecretaris die zullen werken aan onze diplomatieke contacten met andere landen. Echter wil ik ook een terugkeer zien van onze ambassadeurs, welke zullen worden aangesteld in een ander land in de regio. Ik wil een ambassadeur in: Groot-Brittannië, Ierland, Noorwegen, België, Duitsland, Frankrijk en Hongarije. Als we goed contact houden met deze landen kunnen we meer stabiliteit creëren in de regio. Onze minister en staatssecretaris zullen focussen op andere landen.

Ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken
Het ministerie van binnenlandse zaken zal doorgaan met zijn werkzaamheden als normaal, maar ik zou graag iets nieuws willen proberen. In plaats van wachten tot mensen een verzoek doen om burgerschap, zullen we proberen om mensen zelf uit te nodigen in ons land. Ik wil dit project eerst starten in landen die onder PTO zijn en in een hulpeloze situatie zoals Zwitserland en Zuid-Afrika. We kunnen RL inwoners van daar uitnodigen om in ons land hun nieuwe eHuis te vinden zonder een PTO. Echter voor we dit doen moeten we zeker zijn van hun profiel en deze moeten dan ook gecheckt zijn of ze inderdaad deel zijn van de RL community.

Ministerie van Financiën
Er valt niet veel te zeggen over het ministerie van financiën, het enige wat ik wil doen is het publiceren van een artikel aan het einde van de maand waar het budget aan is uitgegeven van de overheid, in het kader van het vergroten van de transparantie van onze politiek. Het ministerie zal bestaan uit een minister en staatssecretaris.

Ministerie van Informatie
Het ministerie van informatie zal bestaan uit het bestaande ministerie van informatie, onderwijs en X/S. Met het ministerie van informatie zullen we proberen om de burgers te informeren over ons beleid. Het ministerie zal ook informatie publiceren rond het 'bondgenoot van de week' project. Nog iets wat ik wil doen, is iemand wiki pagina’s laten maken voor onze burgers op verzoek. Ik wil graag één minister van informatie, staatssecretaris van informatie, staatssecretaris van onderwijs, staatssecretaris van wiki en een staatssecretaris van X/S.

Dit was dan het overzicht van mijn plannen. Ik hoop dat jullie het plezierig vonden om te lezen. Als je een suggestie heb laat het me weten.
