Hello to all citizens of eMalaysia

I am Hiyamoon.
The purpose of creating this bulletin is to inform eMalysian that there is a Social Office in eMalaysia.I strongly believe that many of the eMalaysian especially newbies are still don't know about the Social Office.Me,Hiyamoon as the Deputy of MoSaE have to let everybody know about Social Office.

Social Office is a place where Ministry and Deputy of Social Affairs and Education(MoSaE) work.MoSaE will send free food and gifts to low wellness citizens(wellness below 40)and send moving tickets to citizens who are stay in other region as they can't heal at Hospital.

Besides,MoSaE is also responsible for the newbie's education.MoSaE have to answer all the question which are asked by the newbies.MoSaE have to reinforce the newbies knowledge and understanding of this game.

Citizens of eMalaysia who is low in wellness please send message to Social Office.
If any citizen is having problem,you can also send message to Social Office.
