[EN/ES] La Decisión más Difícil - El dilema de Chile y de CoT

El pueblo que no conoce su historia esta condenado a repetirla.

Estamos ante un paralelo de la historia de TERRA, aunque desde el otro lado esta vez.
CoT está en uno de sus momentos determinantes de su eHistoria. Esta alianza dejo de ser el pequeño cumulo de países pequeños que se defendían del enemigo para pasar a ser una alianza que rivaliza mano a mano con amigos y enemigos.

Sin embargo antes de empezar me gustaría recordar un poco de historia. Por aquel entonces Chile era un país pequeño que estaba en una alianza llamada TERRA. Chile no hacía mucho daño, pero sin embargo se consideraba a sí mismo un país fiel a sus aliados.
Por aquel tiempo Argentina y Chile tuvieron conflictos y TERRA termino expulsando a Chile para hacerle un giño a Argentina, solamente porque este tenía mayor daño, sin importar que Chile fuera más cercano a ellos que Argentina.

Hoy en día estamos ante un paralelo, Rusia se enfrenta contra uno de los titanes del juego, Polonia.
CoT eligió la neutralidad para no perder el daño TWO, aun a costa de perder un país tan cercano que ya se lo consideraba prácticamente CoT.
Supongo que se acuerdan del Tratado firmado entre Rusia, Chile y Bulgaria.

Que es lo que pasa, que tiene que hacer CoT, que debe elegir.

TWO al parecer estuvo leyendo a los autores clásicos y se inspiraron en la frase "Audentes fortuna iuvat".
Es cierto, la fortuna sonríe a los audaces y a TWO le conviene esto.

Pero porque pasa esto.


Como bien sabrán hace dos días hice un artículo de la situación en Rusia y he seguido en linea lo que ha pasado.

El problema es que este NE a Rusia no tiene como objetivo China sino que es una tapadera para provocar a CoT. Como verán actualmente CoT pega el 76% de la fuerza total de TWO, siendo esto en términos prácticos no muy inferior al daño total. El punto es que CoT tiene una gran fortaleza de la que carece TWO, para esto los invito a ver el siguiente mapa:



La gran desventaja que tiene TWO como verán es que controla solamente 1 horario que es el GTM 1 (a excepción de Tailandia, pero su daño es nulo):




Eso le da un sobrestock de daño infinito en unas 3 rondas, pero luego su daño se acerca prácticamente a 0.

Es por eso que TWO necesita a CoT dentro de los limites que le imponen, pero no puede permitir que CoT crezca ese 24% y amenace la hegemonía mundial de TWO (Recordemos que su lema es que TWO conquistará el mundo).

El movimiento de ahora tiene 2 fines:
- Poner al límite a CoT a ver como reaccionan y demostrar de esa forma quien manda.
- Al no recibir apoyo, Rusia puede volver a EDEN con lo que CoT perderá un aliado potente en el uso horario más exclusivo del mundo , siendo Rusia el único país que lo posee junto con algunos países menores Arabicos.

De esta forma no podemos interpretar la actitud de Polonia como algo amistoso a CoT y a Chile.
Es por esto que solo tenemos dos opciones:

a.- Neutralidad (Agachar la cabeza ante TWO)
b.- Apoyar a Rusia (Tensionar las relaciones con TWO)


Sin embargo lo anterior no acaba ahí. Ésta ley refleja que el plan de invasión a Rusia va más allá que un paso a China. Ese NE no es una provocación a Rusia ni siquiera un ultimátum a ellos. Esta es una señal para CoT que dice "agachen la cabeza o se enfrentarán a las fuerzas de TWO".

Ahora bien. La reflexión que debe hacer Chile y CoT es si efectivamente dejamos de ser esa alianza pequeña que creíamos ser y pasamos a ser una alianza que sabe que hay que tomar decisiones difíciles.

Sin embargo estas decisiones difíciles deben estar enmarcadas en el espíritu CoT, es decir, nunca abandonaremos a nuestros amigos aunque nos signifique perder millones en daño.

Tal como varios se habrán dado cuenta CoT está al borde de un abismo que puede significar la perdida de todos sus valores.
Señores, no dejemos que la oración "Divide et vinces" caiga entre las filas de CoT y asociados. Mantengámonos firmes y leales, hagamos del lema de CoT la frace "Fortis atque fidelis"

Por el momento creo que el gobierno debe permanecer fiel a los preceptos de CoT. Pero sin embargo como ciudadanos individuales nos corresponde luchar junto a Rusia.
Y a la vez si TWo da otro desafortunado paso, tal como otro NE a Rusia o si retiene más de lo imprescindible los territorios Rusos llamo al gobierno a dejar la neutralidad de lado y tomar las armas en defensa de nuestros aliados Rusos.

CoT is in one of the defining moments in its history. This alliance no longer the small cluster of little countries that defended himself of the larger enemy to become an alliance that competes head to head with friends and enemies.

But, despite that before starting I wish to tell some eHistory. Far then Chile was a small country that was part of TERRA alliance. Chile had barely some damage, but he considered himself a loyal country towards his allies.

Back the Chile and Argentina started having some conflicts between them. TERRA decide to expel Chile to make a wink to Argentina, only couse that country could do more damage, without matter the fact that Chile were more close to them.

Today we are in a parallel situation. Russia is confronting one of the titans in the game, Poland.

CoT chose the neutrality to keep the damage of TWO, even at the cost of losing a country so close that it was considered practically at CoT.

What is happening, what haves to do CoT, what we should chose.

Its seems that the HQ of TWO was reading classic writers, and their get inspired in the phrase “"Audentes fortuna iuvat".
It’s true, fortune favors the bold and that is what TWO needs.

But why that happening?

As you may know I launch two days ago an article about the situation in Russia and I have followed that situation in line.

The problem is that the NE doesn’t have his objective in China, it is only a cover to provoke CoT. Has you may see in this moment CoT delivers 76% of the total damage of TWO. This in a practical way is not a huge difference. The point is that CoT haves a big strength that TWO suffer. To see that I will show you the following map:



The disadvantage that TWO have is that all his damage is focused in only one time zone that is GTM +1. (Except Thailand, but their damage is marginal.



So, this gives an infinite amount of damage to the in three or four round, but later his damage goes near to 0.

For this TWO needs a CoT alliance with the boundaries that they put to them. They can afford a growing of CoT. That 24% of difference must be there for the good of TWO, cause they don’t want a threat to his world hegemony. (Remember that the phrase of TWO is “The World is Our”).

So, tat movement have to goals:
- Put boundaries to CoT and see how they react, showing to them who rules there.
- Couse Russia didn’t receive support they can return to EDEN, and with that CoT will lose a valuable ally that have a unique time zone in the world with high damage, with the exception of some small Arabic countries.

For that we can’t see the attitude of Poland like a nice move of friendship towards CoT and Chile.

For that we only have two options:

a.- Neutrality (Accept the hegemony of TWO)
b.- Support Russia (Increase the hostility with TWO)

But this isn’t over here. That law reflex a plan of an invasion to Russia behind the pass to China. That NE is not a provocation to Russia, neither an ultimatum to them. This is a message to CoT that said “put down your head or all TWO forces will face you”.

So, the reflection that Chile and CoT haves to do is if we stop being that small alliance that we believe to be and if we become a big alliance that haves to take some hard decisions.

I think that this hard decisions needs to be considered with the CoT`s spirit. And that is “we will never leave our friends behind, no matter if that means to lose millions of damage”.

As many of you had seen CoT is in the border line that can mean to lose of all his values.

Gentlemen’s, don’t let the phrase "Divide et vinces" to enter in our lines. Keep your hart strong with CoT values and take the motto "Fortis atque fidelis" as yours.

For the moment I think that the government needs to keep loyalty to Cot’s decision. But we, as citizens, we have to fight for Russia.

And if TWO makes another unfortunate step, as a NE law to Russia or if they keep more time of the one needed the Russian regions they will have to leave the neutrality and supports Russia, no matter the consequences.
