Thumbs up for reviving the Congress paper, Stijn, although it would be nice to see the curent debates included as well.

think the chocolate stuff is gov business, I presume congress is aware of it, but i'm not sure.
Although my tone might have sounded accusatory (sorry for that), it was more out of interest.
