[drunkposting] the wall

Day 3,578, 17:37 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Rob the Bruce

Wingfield's CP campagin rested on the idea of some sort of intangible "good" future eUK, presumably full of blackjack and hookers and carbon copies of the absolutely stunning waitress working at my local wetherspoons till 11pm (ofc 11pm being the time I get drunk enough to actually be willing to ask her out, such is life), an overflowing treasury and errr.... I dunno what else?

Now you see this is interesting. The not knowing. Interesttingngngn. In this game the "goals" are left more or less open ended, akin to game of Crusader Kings 2 except with far less depth, buttons, features, memes, incest and actual fun. For the big bois it's just "we're gonna conquer a lot of stuff while each citizen pursues his or her individual projects" and that'll do, I suppose. For us smolboys™ (I hear carlini touches those...?), you can't just... do that.

So then the end goal gets blurred. At the end of the day we all come to a game to err... play a game. But then this game does a weird in that boredom somehow isn't bad

To quote wangfiel😛

Now if you take skyrim. Skyrim is a game I like playing because it doesn't make me bored. Fallout 4, by comparison, got boring and so I stopped playing it after 2 hours and sat it on my shelf to never touch it again.

This game, because it's sort of... shit, people get bored. But there's an extra element. A sort of weird matyrdom. As though the needs of their eCountry overcomes the needs of themselves.

WHO THE FUCK DOES THAT

honestly what the heck guys, if you're playing this game expecting to do nothing fun just go

outside

to a pub

drink some stuff

get the social competence you blatantly don't have normally

shed your autism

do things that are fun

stop this dumbass shit

thanks

This has been a very unimportant but very important drunk rob message
