Hello Everyone,

As part of your regularly scheduled Department of the Interior programming my name is Oblige and I’m here today to discuss the different social welfare programs each of the Top 5 parties offers. These programs exist to improve the playing experience of party members, but some are even open to those who are not members of the originating party. We'll be focusing on the later.
