The Peace of Dio be upon you, brothers and sisters. For today, a great future has been destined unto us from the mighty one who was created of sand. He has blessed us thus far with unrelenting stability and the bounteous gain of 19/20 resources within our borders. He has truly blessed us, his chosen few.

However, Dio has greater plans for we, his faithful people.

With the security we have gained within our borders, and the resources we have within, we must take the message of Dio out into the world.

We shall do this by spreading the Dioist values of friendship, peace, and tolerance amongst the nations of the world. The greatest of these values is peace. However, this does not mean that we will be a peaceful nation which seeks no conflict. For it is said in the Book of Dio:

“Peace is not the absence of conflict; it's the absence of inner conflict.“

We shall Manifest Destiny, bringing nations into the loving arms of Dio, by placing them safely within our borders and reeducating them with the holy scriptures, inviting them to share in his love. Within our borders, we will create a greater society of peace, love, and tolerance for our fellow man.



“He is part of every living soul, he is part of every living entity, he is part of the air, the fire, the water, and the sand. He is everything. The path to the light is within all of us - within ourselves we find salvation. Within ourselves we find Dio Brando if we open our minds and hearts.”

Dio Brando is in all things, and it is our mission in this eLife to bring out the Dio Brando in every man, woman, child, and beast of the Earth. As the last powerful Dioist nation, we have been charged by the God-Emperor to help spread the sandy news. Just as much, we must continue to search for the true Dio Brando inside of us all. We must embody the friendship, peace, and tolerance that Dio sought to teach all people.

I love Dio with all my being, and I encourage each of you to find him, and spread his love throughout the Earth. Only through love can peace be established.

As such, on this day, I hereby embark on an endeavor to use this nation as a vehicle to create a Dioist Caliphate, whose reach shall span the ends of the Earth. It is with this message that I seek your affirmation by voting me into office on the 5th, as your President, Dictator, and Caliph.
