[DEM NL] Political change is around the corner

Day 2,853, 03:36 Published in Netherlands Poland by Shawtyl0w

Dear citizens of eNL, friends and allies,

DEM NL a political party in eNL is intending to break through the walls of the current political landscape.

The current situation
Politics in eNL are a personal battle between CP candidates, each presidential candidate prepares his/her own personal plans for the coming term, builds a team and tries to win the election based on support from other political parties. Of course there is nothing wrong with this accept for the fact that the plans of de candidates are most of the time based upon their own perspective on what eNL as a country needs and what the community wants. Party programs? never heard of them. Once the a country president(CP) has been elected what happens to the "opposition" the parties that lost the election. Well I can tell you this.. nothing happens, it stays quiet until the next elections. Many of you will probably say, yes but we have congress! When a CP makes a bad decision congress will make him account for his actions. Well that might be true in some cases opposition is more than following the political developments and voting for taxes, Mutual Protection Pacts (MPPs) and the possibility to start motions for votes.

The opposition party
We intend to create a DEM NL program which isn't likely to change very often as a foundation of our political view. Of course our CP candidates will be allowed to differ from this foundation as long as they can convince the party members this is the right way for eNL in a specific situation. This is what DEM NL is about, democratically deciding what path to take and continuously debating about current developments.

DEM NL intends to write weekly articles published by its spokesman. These articles will not only be related to the current developments in eNL but will also include personal opinions from two of our party members allowing the critical opinion an the individual to be heard. these opinions will be traced back to the foundation of the party. Why do we want to start this approach? Well that's simple, we want the voice of all of our party members to be heard. We want to support our CP whether he is a DEM NL member of not, I'm sure he finds it interesting how other members of the community thinks about certain developments. the opposition has to be heard in order to the CP to make the right decisions. Of course the government supports the CP and he has his advisors but the rest of eNL especially people from different political backgrounds might have a different perspective on the developments, one which no one else has considered. Simply put we will try and "richen" the political landscape of our community by actively spreading our vision.

Our first articles will follow shortly.

DEM NL, the party where individual voices are heard, where opinions are valued and answers are always found through debates.

If you have any questions or would like to let your voice be heard comment in the comment section below this article!

Yours sincerely,

Shawtyl0w
