[Cuba] Portugal - Cuba region agreement

The governments of Portugal and Cuba, in cooperation with both their congresses, signed today an agreement regarding cuban’s regions. Below you can see the agreement signed, which will come into force immediately.

1 - Portugal will conquer all three cuban regions, and release Western Cuba as soon as the war closes and it is possible to open a Resistance War;
2 - Portugal will keep Oriente and Las Villas;
3 - Every month on the 21st Portugal will release Oriente and Las Villas;
4 - On the 23rd Portugal will NE Cuba and reconquer all three regions, while making sure that Cuba has at least one region under their control on the 27th at Day Change;
5 - All taxes from cuban regions are to be returned to Cuba weekly;
6 - This deal is valid until the 15th of each month, and renews itself monthly, until one of the two governments decides not to renew it.





Los gobiernos de Portugal y Cuba, en cooperación con sus dos congresos, han firmado hoy un acuerdo con respecto a las regiones de Cuba. A continuación se puede ver el acuerdo firmado, que entrará en vigor de forma inmediata.

1 - Portugal conquistará las tres regiones de Cuba, y suelte el Western Cuba, tan pronto como la guerra se cierra y es posible abrir una guerra de resistencia;
2 - Portugal mantendrá Oriente y Las Villas;
3 - Cada mes, el 21 de Portugal va liberar Oriente y Las Villas;
4 - El día 23 Portugal va mandar NE a Cuba para reconquistar las tres regiones, mientras se asegura de que Cuba tiene al menos una región bajo su control el día 27 en el Día de Cambio;
5 - Todos los impuestos de las regiones cubanas deben ser devueltos a Cuba cada semana.
6 - Esta oferta es válida hasta el 15 de cada mes, y se renueva cada mes, hasta que uno de los dos gobiernos decide no renovarlo.
