[CP vieja29] Proposal of the NMP

As all you know the 5 th are the elect for cp, my party I gave the honor to be the head of the political party and candidate for the Precidencia of the country!

These are my proposals!

1. State resources: Does not sign any MPP but tendre fluid contact with Sirius/Aurora, due to the scarce resources that we possess.
