Join the new world

It is almost time for me to say goodbye to the position of president once again. I'd like to do a little recap on the term and look forward to the next.

We started the term by follow-up Erkan Z who did an amazing job in the previous months. Like many others he was on holiday for a while. This was the reason I became president. To so to speak fill the gap. Like I said Erkan Z left the government in agood place. We had just accepted the resource concession deal with Poland and the number of training wars our ecountry enjoys was at a very good level.

One of the first things I did in my term was speak with my team eslecially sith Speed94 about the changes I wanted to do to the military programs. As our citizens greatly matured it was time fof a different approach. The new lrogram reward systems have been implemented and are still being tweaked to perfection.the goal of the change is to provide weekly epics for everyome to enjoy as well as an increased reward for ranking up. The other goal was to reduce work for the Minister of Defence. The reason for this chsnge is simple. We Haven't had a minister of Defence for about half a year now! Speed94 resigned a long time ago but still serves eNL by running the programs. By reducing the workload a bit I hope we can find more playing willing to take up this position in the government.

We renewed our concession deal with Poland securing our main financial income. I want to thank all the congress members for proposing the daily donation laws to the ministry of economy. Without this dedicatiom we would not have been able to renew the concession deal for a longer period of time because we would build up a large amount lf debt (since we would be able to use our money as it would be stuck in the country treasury).

We also moved regions in Spain. After 2 failed coordinated attempts that saw my orders being cancelled the third time was a charm and we started moving away for our old region to our new home Extremadura. In the moving process we lost our Training War with Portal for a few dsys but we managed to restart it.

We also launched an airstrike on Denmark and landed safely in their core. We've been good friends with Denmark for a long time and were happy to be invited back as their training war partner (thanks to Ireland who informed us of the opportunity). As most of you will probably remember being their training war partner means helping out with managing the number of congressional seats. On the 21st and 22nd of each month we will probably take some additional regions in their core in order to give them just 10 seats in congress.

We've also had some chats wigh foreign governments about other training war posibilities. In the near future we will probably fly to Brazil.

Last but not least the result of the new military program results. EPIC BATTLES

In the past month we have organized several air epics as well as D4 epics. Some of them were not super succesfull as our training war partner was not well prepared. This resulted in super high rewards from the program. For instance Ynotna did 60+bn damage in ground Pre epic and also helped out in the pre- elic for our Air epic. This resulted in a government reward of kver a million cc. Other than that 60bn damage means 600k cc in True Patriot medals. A very nice pay-day for Ynotna.

The idea of the programs is for Legend XX players of the Netherlands tostill help with creating D4 epics from time to time. With high rewards they can do so 1 week a month while the other 3 weeks help to create air epics. This should result in weekly epics for both ground and air so that all Legend XX players facilitate growth for the lower legends in D4 while also facilitating their own growth in terms of air rank.

With better communication between the NL government and that of our training war partners I'm sure we can find a way to keep these weekly epics going.
