[CP] Mensaje a la Nación 003 - Sobre el NE chileno (ES/EN).

Hola a todos:

El motivo del presente comunicado se da por el hecho de que Chile al final de todo ha decidido agredir al Perú por medio de un lanzamiento de NE, una decisión tomada unilateralmente. Es necesario que el Perú deje en claro algunos aspectos que se han ido hablando libremente por medio de shout y Artículos, acusando a nuestro país de que todo lo que hacemos es para bloquear los planes de nuestro hace poco país aliado y ahora actual agresor eChile.



Primero.- Nosotros no vamos a justificar los errores cometidos por los anteriores gobiernos ePeruanos, pero si he de decir que si lo que se pretende es echar toda la culpa de lo que pase a estos, estamos ante un error; he leído con bastante pena al actual CP chileno mencionar que los últimos 3 o 4 gobiernos peruanos anteriores han llevado a este NE, omitiendo por completo los errores de los gobiernos chilenos de ese entonces.

Tenemos que recordar entonces que el ePeru ha sido antojadizamente ya acusado varias veces de traición por parte de Chile, nunca se presentó ninguna prueba, fuimos llevados a un Juicio en ese entonces ante CoT, en el cual se tiraba acusaciones absurdas y que de todas, el único motivo de sanción fue por haber lanzado y aprobado el MPP a España en ese entonces.

Segundo.- Al inicio de este periodo, nos reunimos con el CP chileno Kadercito, fue una conversación agradable en la cual nos comprometimos a tratar de mejorar las relaciones. Es así que, a los días Chile obtiene la iniciativa en su guerra con Argentina y ataca LA, por lo cual me comunique con Kadercito a fin de preguntarle sobre la estrategia que se podía seguir con el objetivo de poder trabajar juntos. Lamentablemente el CP chileno me contesto indicando que las estrategias militares las toma su equipo MoD y que él no tenía conocimiento de esta y que no sabía indicarme el motivo de por qué atacaban LA.

Cuando chile ataca seguidamente MA, vuelvo a conversar con él y recibo la misma respuesta que la anterior ocasión, “que él no sabía nada”; entonces, no se volvió a contactar con él, ya que era evidente de que no deseaba tener ningún tipo de coordinación con nosotros. Sin embargo, ya en estas reuniones le manifiesto a Kadercito sobre nuestra situación que era el de que íbamos a pelear por congreso contra Colombia y que estábamos en guerra con ellos.



Tercero.- Llega el día de la publicación del NAP entre Argentina y Chile y recibo una solicitud de Kadercito para reunirnos, aquí él nos ofrece un trato en el cual pedía que se le habilitara un corredor permanente en donde le cedamos 4 regiones nuestras (LA, MA, Lima y Chimor) y que nos liberaban la región de GA indefinidamente para poder tener congreso. Evidentemente este trato es humillante, más aun viniendo de parte de un país que hace nada era aliado y que ocupaba el 90% de tiempo la DO en el Perú.

Cabe indicar que el CP chileno nos manifestó que el NE iba SI o SI, que si el se acercaba a conversar era para que no quedemos como enemigos, y que esperaba que el Perú aceptara el trato ya que de lo contrario igual seriamos conquistados a la fuerza.

Cuarto.- Hace dos días el Perú dio su respuesta y fue un NO ya que como se ha indicado se considera un trato humillante; el haber aceptado el trato constituía regalar más de la mitad del territorio por el simple hecho de que Chile tenía más daño que nosotros y entendíamos que el acercamiento hacia nosotros solo significaba un manera de tratar de no quedar tan mal con los aliados, que seguramente están expectantes de esta situación. Pues bien el Perú tomo una decisión digna, no nos dejamos pisotear por un rival y mucho menos por un ex-aliado, así esto signifique el que seamos borrados.

Hoy vemos sin mucha sorpresa el NE de Chile, tratando de llevar sus planes de formar un imperio así tenga que pisotear a un país que hace el 12% de su daño y que hace unos días era su aliado, un plan hecho a través de un NAP donde dispusieron de las regiones peruanas sin tener la cortesía de consultar con nosotros que planes teníamos o si requeríamos de su ayuda.



Quinto.- Debido a lo ocurrido, el gobierno del ePeru no puede más que expresar su total decepción y malestar por las decisiones tomadas por la clase política de nuestro vecino ePais, rechazamos completamente esta agresión y solicitamos a nuestros aliados a tomar una postura firme en contra de estas actitudes que NO son dignas de un ePais que hace poco se decía tener otro tipo de valores.

Igualmente se desea expresar que el ePeru no culpa de todo esto a toda la población chilena, entendemos que hay muchos que no están de acuerdo con este NE y que aún valoran la amistad que llegamos a tener, el ePeru es conciente que los únicos responsables de esta agresión son los políticos que actualmente toman las decisiones en su país. Lamentamos profundamente tener que decir que ePeru considera esta agresión como un acto de traición y peor aun siendo el motivo de está un par de bonus.

We must remember that ePeru has been, capriciously and repeatedly, accused of treason by Chile, but they never presented any evidence. We were taken to a judgment of CoT where absurd accusations were pulled. The only reason was punishment for throwing and approved the MPP to Spain.

Second.- Earlier this period, we met with the Chilean CP Kadercito, it was a pleasant conversation in which we undertook to try to improve relations. Thus, to the days Chile gets the initiative in its war with Argentina and attacks LA, so I contact with Kadercito to ask about the strategy that could be followed in order to be able to work together. Unfortunately the Chilean CP replied me saying that the military strategies are taken by the MoD and its team, and that he had no knowledge of this and couldn’t tell me the reason why attacking LA.

Then, when chile attacked MA, I back to talk to him and I get the same answer as the previous occasion, "that he knew nothing", so there was not re-contact with him as it was obvious he did not want to have any coordination with us. However, since these meetings, I manifested to Kadercito about our situation and that I was going to fight for congress against Colombia and we were at war with them.



Third.- Came the day of the publication of the NAP between Argentina and Chile and I receive a request to meet Kadercito. He offered us a deal in which it invited enable a permanent way in which we will give in our four regions (LA, MA, Lima and Chimor) and they freed us indefinitely GA region to have Congress. Obviously this deal is humiliating, even more so coming from a country that was an ally does nothing and occupying 90% of the DO time in Peru.

So, ePeru took a decision, we do not let trample by an opponent, much less by an ex-ally, even if this means that we will be deleted.

Today we see not surprisingly the NE from Chile, trying to bring their plans to form an empire even if this means that they have to trample a country that makes 12% of its damage and a few days ago was their ally. A plan made ​​through a NAP where the Peruvian regions were disposed, without having the courtesy to consult with us if we had plans or if we needed his help.



Fifth.- Due to the incident, the government of ePeru just can express its utter disappointment and upset by decisions taken by the political class of our neighbor, eChile. We completely reject this aggression and ask our allies to take a firm stand against these attitudes that are NOT worthy of a country who recently claimed to have other kind of values.

Also we want to express that ePeru not blame for this to the entire Chilean population, we understand that there are many who disagree with this NE and they still value the friendship that we have. The ePeru is aware that the only responsible for this attack are politicians, because they are who takes the decisions of their country. We deeply regret say that ePeru found this aggression as an act of treason and worse if the reason is a couple of bonus.
