This is my Fourth Presidential Address. It's just going to be a quick update, so as always - BE READY,

WAR

Yeah, I seemed to have been a bit full of crap on this one...I promised us a "Front Line Fight", but all I gave us is a skirmish between Ireland and the UK (Yes, again with the UK) and even at that I royally screwed up the orders (Thanks TCO for setting me straight, albeit, after the fact)

SCHOOL

This is my real genius. You know those schools that start up and fail every so often because nobody goes to them?

Well, How about this for a school that won't fail

1)Mandatory attendance - If you don't graduate from the school, and are elected to congress you will be issued an IRC and Forum Ban and so will your Parties President until you do. We will also encourage you to be fired on a daily basis by your business owner unless you have a diploma (No, I am not making this stuff up)

2)The School will be called L'Ecole LeBlanc,

3)I Kazuo, as it's founder, will issue the Diploma's, and basically decide single handedly who graduates, who then gets to be in congress and indirectly (or directly, IF I have a political agenda) who gets forum and IRC bans

4)You must be in a political Party. We have no time for citizens who want to be apolitical here. I am working on making the legislation that the Party must be that of the DAL Party



This is my Presidential Seal, It helped me dodge an impeachment attempt on technicalities. You can't touch me, so shut up and like it

There is another issue I need to address. Addy Lawrence has inferred that my name is either Kazuo Whine, or Casual LeBlanc, or Casual Whine. "Dr Make-Up" will not stand for this. Because of this I intend to abuse my power, again, and take advantage of a poorly written act known as the Treasury Bond Program. Since my school is not up and running yet and I can't issue a ban on him for failing to graduate, I have insisted that Addy Lawrence is no longer the head of the Treasury Program. This is a job on congress, but congress can go and shove it - I "Make-Up" my own rules as I go.. (and people thought my nickname had something to do with Revlon)

In case anybody says I haven't done anything yet, I posted some stuff in congress. Like a Question and Answer sort of thing. I have pledged to answer all questions except for the following

1) Where is the War?
2) What am I READY for?
3) What are your plans for the month?
4) When will you get started?

PS - I won't be answering any questions if I can use a convenient excuse (like my Birthday)
