[CP] Fourth presidential report - day 2232

This is the fourth presidential report (day 2232).



1. Last week there was a failed Chilean attempt to attack Philippine regions. They voted in their congress on the NE law and they even accept it, but our government in consultation with Colombian government allowed for the earlier Colombian attack, which prevented the attack from Chile. Plenty of countries have recently passed through our region, we don't need new problems with new countries. The most important task for the last week of term will be to organize foreign affairs, especially relations with Colombia. I believe that it is possible to arrange formal agreement between Philippines and Colombia, so far all negotiations were held smoothly.

An interesting thing is that Mindanao is occupied by Indonesia and that's confirmed by Non-aggression pact between Thailand and Indonesia.



2. Treasure incomes slightly increased last days, but it is still not satisfactory level. It would be reasonable to launch in congress an debate on work tax increase. I encourage to do it, because in the current situation it is hard to even keep the MPPs, which of course is reflected in a negative effect on our foreign policy. We don't need money for anything else but these are fundamental expenses.
