To all whom it might concern,

On behalf of eUkrainian government and eUkrainian people we would like to state our strongest disagreement with any PTO actions in the world especially when ex-eUkrainian players are partially or directly involved in these PTOs.

We strongly condemn PTOs which happened in eUSA in the past and were created and led by part of eUkrainian players. For them and their actions we apologize.

If in any country our well-known PTOers will appear - please contact eUkrainian government so we can take combined action to stop any of their attempts.
