Dear Citizens of the Netherlands,

It has been a while since I've been Country President of the Netherlands. Seems like (without opponent) I will become the next president of our beautiful country. As you know I have been working for our country from the shadows in government PMs, congress PMs and most importantly all the international Telegram group chats with our Training War partners.

This month I'll be back as CP due to the holiday season. Several members of our recent governments will be going on a well deserved holiday both in real life and eGovernment. Have fun guys!

I don't wish to 'just' continue business as usual. As you know we made moves this month that saw our country income increase. There have been new drafts of government programs for a while and I intend to make changes! We've become a country that has to focus more on air ranking than on ground ranking at this point. Of course this doesn't mean we will not support ground ranking at all. It means we should support and stimulate air ranking.

Changes will be made to both the Green Beret and the Flying Dutchman program in combination with the pre-epic programs.

My goal:
- Less effort for the Minister of Defence
- Higher pre-epic rewards
- Continuation of rank rewards

This should encourage more people to become a Minister of Defence. It should encourage people to fight pre-epic instead of just using epics. At the same time rank rewards will continue to exist so that we keep monitoring our progress.

Training war options will be reviewed and possible new TWs will be started.

I hope to see some extra involvement from the community that is not on holiday. It is important that those who are playing as usual communicate a bit better than we normally do.
