Congress announcements(edition5)

It has been approximatly 2 weeks since my last report (edition4) as Chairman of Congress.
Although we do not have a congress because of some unfortunate circumstances(Already explained in previous report), i do intend to perform my task as much as i can.

Because of some technical problems i use my own newspaper to publish this edition, once the problems are settled i will use the official congress newspaper again.

To that end i have guided the country president into handling some matters that should have been settled before the CP elections ended.

Here is a list of matters that have been discussed on the forum and shouted in articles comments:
◎ Scrap laws : Despite not having any congress, we did not let this matter go and part of it's idea has been completed in the form of the merging of laws(see the 3 point below). Only the removal of certain laws have not yet been settled.

◎ Justice Department Regulations(proposal) : As described above, this is one of the laws that merges 3 older laws into 1 document(the actual content of these laws have not changed). This is the voting topic that finalizes the proposal: {VOTE}Justice Department Regulations

◎ MPP UK : As one of eBelgium's allies from the NSPP was about to be attacked(in progress now), a call for an MPP was made and to fight for our ally. As the UK is currently in this whitelist(part of the law book), the CP was able to sign an MPP with UK fairly fast.

◎ urgent/Question to the goverment : I can't say anything as nothing could be done for it.

There was also some bumping of old topics just to give their last word to it.

The Big Forum Changes! - for review is a matter i will no longer mention even if there are new posts in the topic. Reason is that this matter is an on-going one and is not only for congress.


This is pretty much all that has happened in congress(or at least related to congress) since my previous report.
Some clarifications:
* MPP = Mutual Protection Pact
* CM = Congress Member
* CP = Country President
