以下是eROC總統Caesar Wang發表的會議演說:

關於韓國希望的領土，我認為並非在今天能夠完成詳細與肯定的答覆。我尊重南韓的想法，但是我們不一定會同意，包含Veronica所說的那兩塊土地。我相信，這三塊土地對南韓朋友而言，是非常重要的。

現在我所見到的，是南韓的朋友提出的條件，我相信南韓政府與人民應該也認同這樣的條件。但是我不認為ROC的國民能夠接受這樣的條件。這件事情，我們"對等"的角度不同，過去我們曾經與南韓友好，但是南韓也曾經傷害過我們，這點是不能否認的。(基於)國內目前的意見與觀點分歧，土地的問題我認為不適合在這一次的會談進行，但是我認為能至少我們能夠處理近期的戰役問題。在談判結束以前，我認為這件事情應該先被確定。

Following are the speech made by Caesar Wang, CP of eROC,

About the territories eSK wants, I think it isn't possible to reach a detailed and confirmative response today. I respect eSK's opinion, but we may not agree(the opinion and the proposal), including the two lands which Veronica mentioned about.
I believe, these three lands must be important to our eSK friends, and now I received is the proposal (or clauses) proposed by our eSK friends. I believe that both eSK gov. and citizens should be able to accept the proposals. BUT I don't consider eROC citizens can accept this proposal. In this case, we are not sharing an equal perspective. eROC surely did share a good friendship with eSK before, but eSK also hurt us in the past. Since there exists a lot of opinion and perspective differences in eROC (towards eSK), I think it's not proper to finish the issue of returning lands in this conference. However, I think at least we can deal with the recent war problem, including Jeju. Before the whole negotiation ends, I am certain that this (issue-pending) should be agreed.



以下是雙方代表於會議中發表的數點聲明:

1. eSK必須尋求一條更好的，解決屬盟問題的道路。(即ONE問題)

2. 雙方必須在eROC,eC,eSK中尋找一個平衡點。

3. NE訓練戰將會繼續進行，做為兩國間培養信任合作的前提。

4. eSK繼續不支持起義政策。

5. 濟州與全羅南道於下次會談前，將被畫分為非軍事區，雙方國防部將不互不發佈攻擊軍令。

6. 下次會議定於台北時間6/20晚上十點召開。

7. eROC將酌量徵求議員加入代表團，加強團隊代表性。


Following are several announcements, made by eROC and eSK represetatives.

1. first,(eSK must find) a better and feasible way to solution allies problems

2. (Both sides must) find a balance point around eROC/eC/eSK

3. NE training war will continue, as the basis of further trust and cooperation of eROC and eSK.

4. eSK continues its non-supporting RW policy.

5. Jeju and Jeollanam-do will be Demilitarized Zones before next conference. eROC and eSK MoD will not mobilize to conquer these two zones until next conference.

6. Next conference will be hold at 10:00 on Jun 20th. ( GMT+8 )

7. eROC representatives will be added with some congressmen if possible.


六個月來，這是台韓兩國首次正式啟動協商。儘管沒有取得太多共識，但仍舊是歷史性的一步。
