What is a Party President without his cabinet? We always need stuff to store like utensils and pans… darn wrong cabinet.
The leadership of the Feds are the shining light. They are the people that get work done and make the party so great with activities, contest, recruitment, and the like. They are the reason this party has always been so great. With goals set by the Party President, the leadership has the motivation to eRep keep ticking.

Without further ado, my cabinet for September 2015.


Orikfricai- VPP/CoS and Recruitment
Yes you read that correctly, 2 maybe 3 positions. Why? I have always considered Vice Party President and Chief of Staff one in the same. In the past, the Vice Party President did nothing except cover for the Party President in his absence. This doesn't happen often. However what does is the VPP sitting and doing nothing. Now you may be asking why both CoS and recruiting. The Chief of Staff is there to make sure the day to day operations are smooth while the Party President oversees the big picture. It is not hard and the major challenge is motivation. This is a quality hard to come by, but I am confident that Orik fits the bill. He is also experienced in recruiting, and that too is a great quality. For that reason, I have not only taken a minimalist approach, but I have also given him a lot of responsibility knowing that he can successfully complete the job.

Delyruin- Retention
Ace Viper- FUN Department
Now you maybe be wondering, “Woah, Apollo, this is a really great and detailed article but why did you group FUN and Retention?” The reason for this is because I will be grouping FUN and retention into one, with Retention being the equivalent of a number 1 deputy. This is because the departments are so similar that is seems like a waste of effort to try and split the work of almost indistinguishable departments. This way the departments can work harder for a main goal such as in a symbiotic relationship than by going the same direction on two streets.

Cromstar- Political Director
What is a Political Department without an old timer who has been there and done that? Not only is this man capable of doing this job, but he is also a great advisor. He is knowledgeable and can help push all of leadership into a great direction. Plus he has a cane.


Tyler Bubblar- FedEx and Fedicare
FedEx is a very straight forward job, message the party. With Fedicare tacked on, Tyler will find himself pretty busy. Of course Fedicare is going to stick around, it is such a great tool for new players to sink their teeth into. Tyler is not only a respected player, but he is experienced with plenty of time as the eUSA Country President. What would be a cabinet without him?

Sar97- Media Department
I have known Sar for quite some time now. I have seen him come and go, but I am always glad to see his Media. In a time where party numbers make the difference, a good article could tip the tide. I truly believe Sar has that potential.

Cashuea- SHIELD CO
Cash has done some time as the SHIELD CO. And this time around, I need him to be gung-ho. He will have a large task of raising SHIELD to its former glory. The strategy behind this? More fun! Not everyone is here for the political module, so we must cater to those itching for a fight. More joint strikes and the like could raise SHIELD activity along with the Feds. However, this is not an attempt to convert SHIELD members into Feds. This is about having fun in eRep of all places.

Paul Proteus- Lazy Douche Director
Paul did a great job in his last term. He set a goal and accomplished it. That is something to honor by giving him a laid back position this month. However, he shouldn't be getting too cozy yet, he will be picking up the slack wherever needed. This means sometimes pulling up his sleeves and getting things done as he has in the past.
