Winter Holiday Mission Quesiton

I am sure everyone got the message about teh winter holiday mission...

but they all say you have to unlock... does that mean I have to pay 29 gold (or whatever it is) to unlock that mission???? cause that seems dumb... why would i pay all that

Do I have to trasfere my compnies to my citizen account??? And if I do, (or dont) can I still work in another company and run mine (All from my citizen account)
