Kosovo is a region belonging to Serbia. Many nations around the globe don't recognise this fictious "state". This is not about a dispute around the name like in the case of MAcedonia, it's pure absurdity.

There's no explanation here of WHY are the citizenship requests stalled.

Mr DerDer is the responsible for "
