PREFACE

剛看到友報發佈的一篇外電說是增加政治模組收費，私以爲不必。首先，黨主席也不是大富翁王永健郭臺銘，如果每次發信都收費未免太莫名其妙，畢竟通訊模組是基礎模組，沒必要爲此付費，如果用這動輒2-20G的錢給公職人員漲薪我認爲還是可行的。
