שלום אזרחים יקרים לידתכם המדינה במצב כלכלי ממש קשה ועל כן נאלץ להוריד את כמות האספקה המתקבלת מהממשלה באופן משמעותי עד שהמצב יתייצב.
האספקה תרד בשני טנקים לפי רמות במשחק כמו שהיה עד היום.
