Figyelembe veve a jelenlegi kormany valasztasi kampanyban elhangzott igeretei t, elek a 6.-dik pontban megemlitett Jogallam fejezetben igert interpellacios jogommal es elvarom a kormanytol, hogy az igereteikhez hiven kotelezo modon valaszoljanak.
Ime a kerdesek.
1. Kulugyminiszternek es a kulugyminiszteriumnak intezett kerdesek
A kormanyzati programban a kovetkezo reszlet szerepelt: “Magyarország megítélése jelenleg igen negatív… Növelni kell a propaganda cikkek számát, be kell mutatni Magyarországot, mint egy megújulásra képes nyílt társadalmat!... Javítani kell kapcsolatunkat a semleges országokkal…. A PEACE-en belül szorosabb szövetséget kell létrehozni az EDEN mintájára…”
Figyelembe veve a kormanyzati programot hogyan magyarazhato Burgenland megtamadasa amely eltavolitott tolunk tobb szovetsegest is, es amely ezaltal megakadalyozza szamunkra a nyugat fele torteno “bekes” terjeszkedest a szovetseges allamokon keresztul?
Ha Magyarorszag megitelese mar negativ miert kell egy volt / jelenlegi szovetsegesunk ellen tamadast inditani?
2. Hadugyminiszternek es hadugyminiszteriumnak intezett kerdesek
Figyelembe veve, hogy varhato egy horvat / roman tamadas eredetileg magyar regio ellen miert inditottunk egy olyan tamadast amely tobb szovetsegesunket is eltavolitotta, es miert biztositottunk meg egy blokkolo feluletet az ellensegeink szamara? Hol van az igert racionalizaltabb hadugy?
Ha training harc kell akkor miert nem beszeljuk meg az oroszokkal, hogy hasznaljuk fel az Eszak Koreaval megnyitott haborujukat ahol minden PEACE orszag aktiv MPP-vel all? Ha RW-vel biztositunk training haborut akkor miert nem Western Slovakiaban nyitjuk mert az csak 3 GOLD-al dragabb mint Burgenland es nem szukseges szovetseges megtamadasa?
3. Gazdasagi miniszternek es gazdasagi miniszteriumnak intezett kerdesek
A kormanyzati programban szerepelt, hogy a miniszteriumok es a nagyobb cegek koltsegvetese kozolve lesz. Heti beszamolokrol volt szo. Azt igertetek, hogy minden penteken lesz. Ma a kormanyzas 14.-ik napjaban vagyunk de meg semmit sem kozoltetek. Mikor lesznek kozolve a koltsegvetesek?
4. Termetes Samunak intezett kerdesek
A kormanyzati programban szerepelt, hogy “nagyobb állami lépések előtt kikérjük a kongresszus véleményét”. Hatarozd meg a nagyobb allami lepest mert ugy tunik, hogy egy szovetseges megtamadasa nem minosul ennek.
A transzparens allam szellemeben varhato volt, hogy ha megnyomtad a tamadas gombot egy szovetseges ellen akkor irsz egy tajekoztatot a hivatalos kozlonyben. Miert nem kozoltel egy hivatalos allaspontot a tamadasrol?
A valasztasok napjan az uzenet a Szolidaritas reszerol az volt, hogy “Felkészültünk és felelősséggel vállaljuk a kormányzást”. Ha ennyire fel van keszulve a kormanyod akkor miert ez a sok benazas? Vallalod a feleloseget a tegnapi lepesert?
Nem szegyeled magad? Te es a Szolidaritas atvertetek egy egesz orszagot. A nagy valasztasi programotokbol majdnem semmit sem valositottatok meg. Ures igeretek amelyek nem valosultak meg es amelyek igy hazugsagok amelyeket a hatalom megszerzesere beetttetek a valasztokkal.
Mikor fogsz lemondani?

Taking into account the promises made during elections that the members of Congress will be able to ask the Government questions and the Government must answer them, I will address a few questions:
1. Question for the MoFA of Hungary
If the goal of the current Government is to improve the relations with allies and to improve the image of Hungary in the world, how do you explain the attack launched against Austria, an ally of Hungary?
2. Questions for the MoD of Hungary
Taking into account that we are expecting an attack from Croatia / Romania why did we attack an ally of Hungary alienating our allies?
If we needed a training war why haven’t we opened an RW in Western Slovakia that would have costed us only 3 GOLD more, a fair price not to attack an ally?
3. Question for the Minister of Economy
The Government promised it will publish weekly budgets so that all citizens will see the income and expenditures of the Government. Weekly reports where promised, but 2 weeks have passed and no report was published. When will we get these reports?
4. Question for the President of Hungary, Termetes Samu
Before elections you have promised you will consult with the Congress before taking major decisions. Please define these major decisions as the Congress was not consulted before the attack against Austria.
Respecting the principle of transparency with which you campaigned why have you not published an official position regarding the attack?
On the day of the elections the campaign message was “We are ready and will responsibility for our actions”. If you were so prepared then why are you making so many mistakes?

Alex Craciun Is Not Respecting the Romanian Constitution
The constitution is a set of rules for government that establishes principles of an autonomous political entity. In the case of countries, this term refers specifically to a national constitution defining the fundamental political principles, and establishing the structure, procedures, powers and duties, of a government. By limiting the government's own reach, most constitutions guarantee certain rights to the people. (Source: Wikipedia)
There are only a few countries in eRepublik that have a constitution. If I am not mistaken the first country that had a Constitution was Ireland and it was created by Michael Collins. In May 2008 Romania created its own Constitution based on the model drawn up by Michael Collins. If interested you can read the Romanian Constitution here to see that Alex Craciun posted it and admins aproved it.
In this article I will point out a few articles of the Romanian Constitution the current Government of Romania is not respecting. Grab a beer and popcorn.
Rights of the Citizens
Art. 16. No one is above the law.
This means that everybody, including the country president must respect the laws and this constitution.
Art. 17. The right of access to public, civil, or military positions or dignities shall be granted, according to the law, to persons whose citizenship is Romanian and whose domicile is in Romania.
Several members of the Romanian Government are not Romanian citizens and / or do not reside in Romania, so Alex Craciun did not respect the Romanian Constitution when he appointed them.

The Government
Art. 38. The president shall appoint a vice president by clearly stating his choice in his newspaper. The vice president can be any citizen, and his only duty will be to assume the role of President in the event that the current President is banned from eRepublik.
Alex Craciun did not nominate a person as his vice president so he is yet again breaking the Romanian Constitution.
Art. 44. All Presidents, Ministers and Mayors are to vow upon abiding from any act that may considered high treason, by signing a dedicated contract in the specific section of the in-game forum within 72 hours from being installed in the function.
None of the above stated people signed a contract regarding this issue. They are all breaking the eRepublik Constitution. I will not mention that Romania should have amended the Constitution when Mayors became Congress Members, but still the President and Ministers should have signed the contract as stated in the Constitution.
International Relations
Art. 45. Romania affirms its devotion to the ideal of peace and friendly co-operation amongst nations.
Alex Craciun broke Art. 45 several times. He attacked Hungary, he attacked Ukraine. How about the devotion to the ideal of peace and friendly co-operation amongst nations? As Art. 16. states: “No one is above the law”. This means that Alex Craciun broke the law and he should step down.
Not only the Romanian President broke this article a few times, he won the last re-election promising war, so he is preparing to break the law again.
Art. 46. Romania affirms its adherence to the principle of the pacific settlement of international disputes.
Members of the Romanian Government took part directly in the eUNL liberation wars and liberated a Belgian region against the will of the inhabitants. That government member, a former president of Romania still has Belgian citizenship. He should step down and apologize for his actions and for not respecting the will of the people expressed through this constitution.
As you have seen Alex Craciun and his Government broke at least 6 articles of the Romanian Constitution: Art. 16, Art. 17, Art. 38, Art. 44, Art. 45 and Art. 46. Do you wonder what should be done? The Constitution regulates this situation.
The Courts and Attorney General
Art. 55. In the event of the president or a mayor being charged with a crime, the Congress will appoint The Attorney General and the 5 members of the Supreme Court to handle this case only. This appointment will be made by a simple vote in the dedicated forum.
You may say that this Constitution cannot be put into practice, but you are wrong.
The Laws
Art. 58. The administrators of Erepublik have the authority to put in effect any part of this Constitution or any laws and decisions deriving from it.
This Constitution can be found on the forum of eRepublik as Contract 26932 and approved by the Admin’s decision nr. 468 on the 5th of May 2008.
This means this is a valid contract and anybody with Romanian citizenship and Romanian residence can open a claim towards the eRep Team, respecting eRep Rules, to ask them to enforce this Constitution.
Until then it is a moral issue. Based on the fact that Alex Craciun is breaking the Constitution of Romania which was voted by the Romanian population he should apologize for his actions and resign immediately.
P.S. mihail.cazacu, one person who according to this Constitution has no right to be MoD of Romania made an interesting comment: "relax, the "Romanian Constitution" it's piece of garbage from the time our players had no clue about what this game is about." I would like to remind him that Alex Craciun posted the Romanian Constitution on the forum back then.

Jelen pillanatban a Szolidaritas Part iranyitja az orszagot. Sokan azt mondjak, hogy vegre. Ne gondoljatok, hogy csak szoli tagok gondoljak igy. Sokan mar helyet csereltek volna a Szolival mivel tudtak, hogy a kocsmaban jo a hangulat es hangoskodni is lehet.
A Szolidaritas Part honapok ota a legjobb programmal allt elo, es ezt senki sem cafolta. Azzal dicsekedett, hogy aktiv csapata van amely megvalositja ezt a programot.
Lassuk is mi tortent a megvalasztas ota eltelt 12 nap alatt.
Az eredetileg meghirdetett kormanyban is amelynek 44 tagja volt, 2 olyan ember is akadt akiket fel sem kertek a tisztsegre. Kozben a kormany tovabb fogyott, tobben kileptek a kormanybol: delibab – hadugyminiszter, frareg – hadugyi tanacsado, Marginaldefeat – PEACE kapcsolattartas, Kicsike – oktatasugy miniszterium alapoktato, Weis Mandferd Huba – Gazdasagi miniszter / elnokhelyettes is bejelentette a lemondasat.
A Szolidaritas Programja a Hat pont az orszagert is egy szep program volt. Nagyok az elvarasok, de lassuk nehany elemet:

Lathato, hogy sokkal konnyebb a kocsmaban ulni es blamalni, mint barmit is tenni. A Szolidaritas rajott, hogy egy dolog az otthon felepitett terv, es teljesen mas az amit meg lehet valositani. Meg vagyok gyozodve, hogy mindent megtesznek ami toluk telik, azonban remelem ez alatt a honap alatt megtanuljak azt, hogy majd amikor ujbol a kocsmaban ulnek, vagyis 18 nap mulva, kicsit maskepp alljanak hozza az ellenzeki szerephez.
Addig is jo munkat kivanok a jelenlegi kormanynak es remelem, hogy bepotoljak a lemaradast.
