For my part, it's anti-imperialism. If I had lived in the 19th century people would mistake me for anti-British and if I lived, let's say, a century from now, probably anti-Chinese, or maybe a "flag-burning, European hatin' hippy fag" who should "love Europe, or get out".

I don't hate Americans, I hate imperialists, of any country. There just seem to be more supporters of imperialism in the US in this day and age.

And although I know that Obama defends the interests of the same imperialism, at least the people who voted for him believe he is a less hawkish guy. So that's a point in favor of the American average Joe in my book.
