Dear administrators,

In looking on the election system of ereoublik, I can see that there is a great unfair in the system.
The system nowadays in 2 seats by region, however, it has a great problem.


1. Uneven distribution of population

In example of China, there is some province that there are lots of people (>1000). but there are many region having less than 100 people. In proportion of population to seats in congress, the ratio is greater than at least 40 times. It is extremely unfair.

2. Party representation

In real life, there are some independent candidates in congress election, however, it is a must for a person to get into a party to get the availability to be seating in the election. It is better to have some independent candidates in the election.


In short, here is my suggestions:
1. assign seats to each region according to the population while leave at least one seat for each region in order to keep the evidence of the country consist that region.

2. Allow independent candidates in any elections.

This could be a good idea.

I'm not so sure about the second part, though. It would make parties useless and would facilitates TOs



By the way, 2 seats/ region isn't the norm.. It depends on the country, going from 1 seat/region to 20 seats/region.

But most likely there are 2 seats per region in every country

Even the wild card system still cannot substitue the problem.
